Critical Outage and Zero Ability to Escalate with Support
What do you like best about the product?
API integration was very easy and at the time of implementatoin cost point per document was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had several outages and issues with signings not firing off all signed evernt. Today we had a complete outage that lasted most of our business day and had a critical impact on our business operations. There is no ability to escalate and help desk response times are very poor. I reported the outage issued at 11:52 AM PDT. There was zero response until 15:51 PM PDT. At 16:40 PDT the Dropbox Sign status page was updated that the issue had been resolved. I didn't get a response to my ticket until 19:42 PDT after my business had closed for the day and the damage is done with our critical operational reliance on the product. Not at all what I expect when I pay $24K/ year upfront and don’t even have the option to pick up the phone and talk to support on a critical outage and have to wait almost 8 hours to hear back on resolution that happened 3 hours earlier. It makes me consider ripping our API integration to go back to DocuSign.

Move paper processes to tablet and electronic signature.

Exactly what I needed to get a Signature on a document without the customer being in front of me.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Drop Box. So easy to add all kinds of documents to send to employees, managers or Finance companies.
You can add a document and add your signature where needed, add lines for all parties to sign and add the document; exactly where you need to sign.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a negative, but wish they had the option to add 1 signature and give it the amount of times, we need to have the customers signature in the documetn, then you can see if you have missed any signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nice to get a legal signature without having to have the customer right in from of you. also they get a copy of the signed doc once completed as well
Works great and they do not charge per envelope
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use and we pay one flat fee unlike the other carriers.

Nothing, we have had no issues with it whatsoever.

Sending documents to customers instantly that require a signature.
No more free option
What do you like best about the product?
I started using HelloSign when I launched my freelance business because it had a free option — perfect for someone who only needed to send 1-3 contracts out per month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox Sign no longer has a free option, so I'd have to pay just to send a few contracts per month. Additionally, the free version of HelloSign didn't allow for saving a template (I use the same contract over and over again), but now that I'm on DigiSigner I can save everything and the process is much more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer use Dropbox Sign because DigiSigner solves my problems — i.e. needing to send out 1-3 contracts per month for signing — better and for free. Perhaps when I get to a position where I need to send out more contracts for signatures each month, I'll revisit and compare plans between the two companies.
Super easy and effective way to have docs signed
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly, offers a variety of signature options, and has a great capacity to be used on a variety of documents

I have only had great experiences with Dropbox sign~!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of printing paper and being bogged down with stacks of documents, it provides a quick and easy way to send a variety of documents to multiple uses and will email out directly to people verse sitting in someone in box
Streamline your workload
What do you like best about the product?
I love the practicality of the templates and the ease of being able to send someone a link to fill out a form or contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the automated reminders. They seem a little redundant and you it doesn't seem that you cam modify the frequency without turning them off entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our paperwork is a huge time saver. The template links are extremely helpful to be able to send people needing to sign a document.
Seems to be a quality solution
What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to use and simply drops the resultant signed file right back into the folder it came from. While I am personally quite technical, I have users who are not and the platform has been picked up easily and does not overwhelm them in any way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the use of the tool is very easy to navigate, it is not as intuitive as it could be, in terms of how to get started. Once there it is very straighforward,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is the turnaround time to get documents signed. The receiving party can simply deal with while sitting at their desk or even on their phone. An especially in industries where timely turnaround is a key, this is invaluable.
Quick and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Placing all signature fields and/or text boxes is very easy. I love that I can also request a new signature with a previously signed document (I use this feature alot!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while for documents to load, but once I refresh my screen and try again, it works just fine!

Helps get documents out for signatures quickly and efficiently.
Essential, easy to manage and trustworthy
What do you like best about the product?
Quick, easy to use, and manage. I like that it is fast and user intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lag sometimes when sending the forms. Cannot always tell if the signatory has received the form.

Having the ability to send and manage my own document's signature process
eSignature elegantly integrated with cloud storage

Easy signatures for my clients, now with the recognizable and trusted Dropbox branding

It appears there may be separate pricing options for Dropbox Sign and Dropbox Business. I would prefer these to be bundled.

Making signatures quick and easy. I use it multiple times a week.
