Intuitive service that's proven extremely necessary during a pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It's very intuitive to send out signature pages, place signature fields, and track the progress of my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike, although maybe in the future AI for suggesting signature boxes would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying away from people during a pandemic. This technology has helped us safely carry out our business in a way that wouldn't be possible without.

The ease of auto sign vs. having to print sign and email back. Very simple and efficient process

I like the checkbox and signing process so it helps both us and the customer know they have read carefully.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I use the same layout and would be nice it would automatically lay the boxes and signature box at the same spot instead of me doing it manually all the time.

Benefits is that customers cannot say they signed off of it when it has proof they did.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign makes collecting and preparing reports for approval and execution incredibly easy and sends them to the respective signatories. I actually enjoy the detection features that allow me to see if a necessary signer has started opening and seen the paper – and if possible, the capacity to transfer reminder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like all else, cheaper is often better in your budget. As I never understand how many papers I will also need to log each couple of weeks, I use an Unlimited Plan. Would be nice to provide some ongoing premium fee options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using HelloSign, I focus on saving time and resources. Without any need to upload, sign but also check or email anything, from any desktop anywhere I am at that time. All of this can be done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I use HelloSign as a web developer and self reliant consultant for subjective use in my own industry. When I started I has used free version, but it was slow to downgrade to a compensation package and give extra signers every month. It can be easily used and satisfies my contract terms, time tracking and other corporate papers for trying to sign and going to send.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very clear and easy to understand. We can easily add our signature to documents online and send them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing the signed documents for internal purposes works only by mail which is not so secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I and my co-workers can edit pdf-files faster and also use additional fields. The signed documents can be easily sent. Signing many documents at the same time also works very well. It is also good that we can sign documents and send the request for signature to other business partners.
My number one for digital signatures
What do you like best about the product?
I like HelloSign! I have experimented with other people and also realised that it provides a huge number of functions in comparison to several of its competitors. I've also contacted their customer support, and they had been incredible—very friendly and prompt in getting back to me. I used this to transmit contracts about videography tasks to my clients. They also think it is really simple to use when they sign, and I've gotten good comments from them. I will recommend it to others.

I was not a big fan of being unable to save templates unless you upgrade your membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part of using HelloSign is being able to immediately gather signatures of our remote clientele with only a couple of clicks and internally from our office, allowing us to streamline methods and conserve paper.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. We've gone through the general features while on the trial period. But as our small business expands, we will upgrade to the premium package for it allows a greater amount of API calls
A perfect way to sign contracts and agreements quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Adding files that require an electronic signature is quick and easy, and the HelloSign command provides a smart way to add files (from your local computer or from cloud services such as Dropbox, GDocs, Box) and, depending on the type of account, selects those that use templates most often! Document type. Repeating who signs what and where is signed is a very simple and fast process.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only problem is that I have to change the document signature several times. I want to drag and click the people who sign there and what they should do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to send the required forms that need to be signed and I am grateful for the email notification as soon as I see or sign the document.

HelloSign is able to make office work much easier
Product inexplicably fell off the cliff and is now unusable; support is extremely slow
What do you like best about the product?
When we first starting using HelloSign, it met our needs perfectly. It is a fairly straightforward, lightweight e-signature platform. The system has expanded since we first subscribed, and now features a much broader range of development tools.
Our needs have remained modest, and up until the product completely failed recently, it handled all our contract signatures.
Ultimately, the most compelling part of HelloSign for us is the value for money, as unlike its main competitor, you can have 5 users for one base price that is 1/5 the cost of the alternative. For early stage or startup firms, that is a big plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
Here is the heart of my low score: the product recently stopped working and we have now been struggling for a week to fix our contracts. In summary, contracts froze in the browser while being signed, and then we had trouble editing the templates, and then we couldn't delete the templates, and then I sent out a template that had been created 2 years ago, and there were multiple copies attached!
You use e-signature software to, no surprise, get signatures on agreements. Almost always, these are binding legal agreements, so having robust and 'enterprise-grade' software is absolutely critical in my opinion.
When a product like this fails, it creates significant operational issues. When the e-signature process froze the browser, it reflected poorly on our organization. I would have thought that support would have been a bit more attentive, but instead, I have now spent a week trying to get some concrete direction on fixing the problems (multiple serious issues). Support consists of 1 email daily, and has consisted largely of me trying to send video screencaptures, and then a long back and forth to verify my email. In summary, it has been extremely frustrating, and we have been in limbo without our e-signature service available.
We are waiting to see a resolution, but have ultimately decided we will leave HelloSign for their larger rival in order to get better support, as our needs are going to expand rapidly in the future.
