What do you like best about the product?
We feel that we have innovated in terms of sending electronic signatures, we do the job much faster by obtaining electronic signatures in a more binding way. It makes the process of sending, signing, and collecting signatures very fast and simple, thanks to its powerful administrative and security functionality. It offers us an API interface suitable for our team of developers, which allows us to exploit its
capabilities. It is very fast for our system, since it is completely cloud-based, where we totally confidently integrate our workflow to improve it.

What do you dislike about the product?
In our company, the use of Microsoft and its tools is effective, and something we have found is the lack of integration of the Microsoft Word support add-in, there we manage some signatures and we are therefore limited to load them from there directly without having to use another alternative, we have supported this need by logging into the website and loading from there, therefore this aspect is not of great importance to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We completely eliminated the hard work of scanning for faxing and documentation, and sending printed signatures, as by using this tool we perform all of these processes digitally. Our templates are now personalized thanks to the fact that we can create them and send the links of these templates, even an exceptional option for us is to be able to link them and share them in bulk and stop writing the same form as many times as it is necessary to send information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it is an interface with ease of use, in addition to many functions among which you can navigate without the need for high technical knowledge, and it even has totally affordable audit trails. Its alert function for signing documents is absolutely essential if you want to improve workflow, including the reminder that it offers if you do not sign at the time of the alert or remain incomplete. It is the perfect tool to save time, money and effort.

Supreme E-signature solution
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign most advantageous feature to us is the drag and drop interface and the capability of integrating with third party apps like Google,Slack and many more.It is easy to use and i like that the templates can be customized and saved unlike other products like Docusign.The software is easy to install and no complications is involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
In-person signature is available on a paid plan which can be costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HelloSign we can save time and money.It accelerates the process of closing deals and contracts process for our organization.In addition it has enabled us deliver an amazing user experience for clients and employees as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using HelloSign, if your organization have complex workflow process but if it has a simpler process, its best looking into other products that will suit this specific need.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is very user friendly to user. I like the ability to reassign signatory to others as well as see a complete, time stamped history of the documents. It does everything you would need for an e-signature software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I can say I dislike with HelloSign. It's done everything I've needed it to!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In today's fast paced world of business, being able to enable sales teams to sell and close quickly is paramount. If a customer agrees on a deal, Hello Sign allows you to strike while the iron is hot and get a signature to close the deal. Never worry about missing a deal due to an inability to get the signature!

Hello Sign has been great for us. It is very user friendly and allows us to do business quickly and at scale. I can't say how it really differentiates from the other players, but it does what we need it to!

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy-to-use and intuitive platform, many of the employees in our company do not excel in technology and still managed to understand and handle HelloSign perfectly quickly. Obtaining electronic signatures is really simple thanks to this tool, we like it a lot. Uploading the documents is not a big problem. The included templates are really good and can be integrated into all kinds of documents. It is important to note that it is quite affordable for any company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support they provide is quite late, the simplest questions are answered after 24 business hours and this is a bit annoying. But beyond this we do not have any complaints regarding the software, the errors that have been presented are minimal and over time they have been solved in a good way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign helped our company enter the world of technology and automation. Today we can receive and send letters, files and documents quickly and with all the comfort that this software offers us. The electronic signature process was incredibly easy for us, our employees and customers are grateful. Using templates streamlines the writing process very well. All these factors have helped us to save time, personnel and resources, thanks to this we have been able to obtain a greater customer acquisition.

For us, this software has been a really valuable tool and has given us the business stability that we so badly needed. We are really happy with the service this platform offers us for our development and we would not change it for anything. It is one of the cheapest on the market and does its job effectively. It has all the necessary functions to keep a company up and running, we highly recommend it.
Extremely affordable and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop interface because it makes it easy for new users to use the system.It is surprisngly affordable compared to other products i found.It has a wide array of features like flexible workflows,Google integrations,Templates,Brandin,in-person sigining and robust security.It is also so simple to track the status of documents .
What do you dislike about the product?
Replacing documents from the previous one that i had already sent it a tedious process asit needs me to first cancel it and send the updated one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so much easier to get orders approved and signed fast with flexible document management workflow.I can send mutlple documents to clients to be signed and recieve them back at a short period.It has made the cyce of signing files short.

Hellosign has better security,high performance and reasonably priced than its competitors.It is an ideal e-signature solution that is advanced.
Completely unreliable-has cost us tens of thousands of $
What do you like best about the product?
It does have an intuitive way of adding fields into PDFs but no diffentt than a DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is completely unreliable and overpriced. We use fountain which has hellosign as it's only signature provider. Due to this we have lost tens of thousands of dollars from hellosign crapping out. It is completely unstable and crashes with no warning. In addition the pricing is uncompetitive, they charge per signatures instead of by month like other signature softwares so we get gouged. We have no choice though if we want to use fountain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to solve our document acknowledgement issues but it's so glitchy it has just made them worse. We have no idea if hellosign will decide to work on any given day.
Does what it's supposed to - not blown away

Pricing is competitive - easy to setup and offers a no frills solution
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems like it lacks a bunch of the bells and whistles that other platforms have (although these bells and whistles are also often unnecessary). For example - the basic function of saving "Title" as a field doesn't exist (where it does exist in Docusign)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does what it needs to do - e.g. allows you to electronically sign documents at scale, create templates, etc - and does this very well. So overall a solid product for those that just need to sign a multitude of documents and need a solution for this
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is way way much affordable than the other electronic signing tools out there. That being said - you get what you opay for - and some bells and whistles are missing. Ultimately for us this wasn't an issue as it does the signing part very well - and that's really all we need. But could be a break it for others.

What do you like best about the product?
I like HelloSign and I put it to use to sign all the contracts of mine. It's really simple to operate and my customers are never disorientated. I love they do not need to register and have access to the next service, they simply sign digitally plus I obtain all the alert.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of calls. At times the text field is big enough. It will be a pity to notice assistance on the pole. No business owner associates you over the telephone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign is a simple to use and control document management option for the office of ours. There's no software program to install, it's completely web based and doesn't need the clients of ours to run files.

A great program which enables you to sign documents without the tiresome job of printing and checking, quite easily and easily.
I LOVE HELLOSIGN
What do you like best about the product?
That I can easily upload pictures and existing documents from GOOGLE DRIVE AND MICROSOFT WORD and send to clients to fill and sign electronically. I also like that I can create templates for frequently used documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about HelloSign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have incurred no problems from HelloSign.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick. I don’t have to arrange couriers and deal with fax machines. Finally living in the present. Sends reminders to the parties to sign so so don’t have to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any issues yet. It has been pretty easy to use after a quick tutorial of signature placement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer having to send faxes back and forth for signatures or arrange courier drop offs and pick ups.

Nothing new to share - pretty cut and dry.
