Intuitive & easy tool that gets your docs signed!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use- quick, intuitive and just a great tool for our business!
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, there's nothing I dislike. It's a great tool for our business and we use it almost daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no problems. Benefits are we can get docs signed quickly and the signed docs stay stored on the site.

SO EASY TO USE!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with HelloSign makes my life as a sales person SO EASY. You can edit fields, add contracts from word, google, PDF, etc. and then have them easily sent to the client for signature. I've also used it for personal docs that I've needed signed for government purposes, vet purposes, etc. It's an incredible tool to have at your disposal and they ping you as people sign and go through the flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that I really do not like. It really is so user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in sales so mostly the problem solved is easy contract signature. Anyone in sales knows contracts are already a tough place to get to with a client, having a ton of issues getting the contract signed should not be one of them.

Friendly use and secure as I have customers signed legal insurance documents

Nothing. Everything I need is available with this app

I can have my clients access to sign their policies during this pandemic and not have to worry about going to them
Quick and easy signature solution
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily track which contracts are still awaiting signature and which have been received. Also the ability to send reminders directly through the portal
What do you dislike about the product?
Template management/use could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out 40-50 contracts at one time and being able to track who has viewed/signed

The best part is the easy-to-use interface & price. Using this tool has allowed the small company I founded to sign and close business faster and in a more streamlined way.

That the fields don't line up perfectly.

I love the feedback from our customers on how easy HelloSign is to use. I would recommend this to any business.

I have solved the tracking of our signed agreements and made this a much easier process for our customers
A great tool, especially in remote times. Compares favorably to Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
The login and document preparation process is very intuitive and easy to use. There is direct integration with Dropbox and GoogleDrive and the look and feel is familiar with other signature platforms. It really performs well for my needs and is significantly more cost-effective
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is terrible, does not even compare to Docusign's app. It is actually a detriment to the overall experience of HelloSign. I also don't like the the email confirmation of a completed document does not come with a PDF attachment of the document.
I understand that this is a security decision, but it makes the process more cumbersome to have to login and download. Its a minor annoyance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So in general esignature has accelerated the signature process for contracts, especially when seeking internal signatures. The ability to sign quickly lowers barriers for stakeholders and, quite frankly eliminates excuses. The notification process allows me to trigger my next actions immediately upon signature of the document
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think its a great product - especially for more straightforward needs. I can't speak to more complex use cases

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign makes it easy to send documents, track progress of documents. and store for record keeping. We use Quickbooks to generate estimates and upload them into HelloSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could see Audit Trail progress of documents out for signature in the preview area, if they had been viewed, etc. We do get an email when the document is viewed, but I would like tracking within HelloSign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign helps us close sales more quickly. We use HelloSign to send quotes for services, get signatures, and store the record of the document. We use QB, but there is no signature format when emailing estimates. The customer would have to be onsite or us at their residence to get a signature through the QB app. This is not doable with our business format.

Consider HelloSign as a valid option in your document signing needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The format is easy to use. I have been using e-signing apps for years in my practice and Hellosign is intuitive and the finished product is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to have a few more signing allowances on the free application but I opted for the $15/mo and I have as many as I need each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hellosign provides a clean copy to my office and to my clients - it is much better than the scan and copy over and over.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I work in a field where there are many options for E-signing...Hellosign is a simple option for those who wish to opt outside of Docusign or Authentisign. I use all three in my line of work (Real Estate and Property Management) and Hellosign holds its own.
Great program but too tedious compared to docusign. Needs to have a more simplified process or app.
