Using HelloSign for 2 Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of sending agreements and the integration with my gmail where the signed agreements get automatically store on my Gdrive is a huge timesaver
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say that I have anything I dislike to be honest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a podcast so I need guest releases from everyone who appears on the show. It's a huge timesaver for me and the guest for them to sign off online and we're done. And it makes me look more professional that other podcasters. People always comment positively about the way we handle things and make it easy for them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the free trial, it's worth it

Fast and easy
What do you like best about the product?
I can use my actual signature, other services have a signature lookalike only. It's fast I can sign documents in 2 steps. Signatories don't need an account
What do you dislike about the product?
signing first time and creating a signature on mobile app is hard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
faster approval process, our signatories don't set it aside anymore as low priority task because it's fast and easy to do
No chasing signed contracts anymore
What do you like best about the product?
We love how HelloSign syncs with our business dropbox. This allows the signed contracts to get automatically saved back into our files. We do not need to chase down contracts anymore. This saves us time so we can focus on the work we love to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HelloSign synced with our business Dropbox account we have the confidence that we have all signed contracts properly saved and filed. This saves us time and allows us to focus on the work we love doing.

A little fiddly with adding individual signature boxes to a lengthy form.

Easy and reliable service for both sender and recipient
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using HelloSign for over a year now, mostly for onboarding new employees but also for the occasional signature needed.
Our onboarding forms are pretty complex -- not just a signature but a series of fields the recipient will need to complete. Since we use the same forms for each new employee, we have them all loaded into a template. So whenever we are onboarding someone, we can just send them the new hire packet with a few clicks of the mouse. Initially I was concerned that some new hires might have technical trouble with the forms, but that hasn't been an issue at all.
Also, HelloSign's support is awesome. I sent them a ton of emails when we were shopping for e-signature platforms and they were always quick to get back to me.
Lastly, in the relatively short time that we've been using HelloSign, they have already made several improvements to their user interface. I couldn't recommend them more!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change is that it takes a few clicks to use an existing template. But that's no biggie in the grand scheme of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have lengthy new hire appointments with paper forms, and we no longer need to do that. I think the new hires appreciate this format too. When we send a form over to an existing employee, it means they don't have to print the form, sign it, scan it, and email it back to us. So it saves everyone time (and paper).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask the support team all the questions you have and then do the free trial. Consider how many templates you'll need. Remember that with templates you can send the same batch of paperwork each time and you will only need to define the fields once.

ability to create docs for signing quick and easy. Being able to work in all that I need to do with fields and signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could add optional CC to templates. Also I would like to be able to have a field drop in that when filled out it keeps everything in the fields and not down and to the left.

we have a single contract and add multiple amendments to the contract as the sales team sell different types of services, packages and options.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After uploading a document and adding fields I would like to re-upload a document and then just move the fields. This is because maybe I only had a date change in PDF or a grammer change, I don't want to rebuild everything.
Made adapting to COVID-19 a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to upload a document to be signed. With drag and drop signature features, you can send out a document in minutes. Saves time and money by doing it like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would be easier to use with an iPhone. I typically have to use my laptop for this product. While it’s doable on the iPhone, it’s not as easy or efficient. Sometimes can be frustrating. Would recommend using a laptop if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the pandemic, I needed a fully digital contract signing application. I used to do all of this in person, but was amazed how user friendly it is for both me and my clients. After the pandemic, I plan on using HelloSign as my primary way of getting contracts signed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign is a great product. It’s easy to use and very user friendly for your clients. I have had no complaints other than uploading a document with my iPhone. Using a laptop is much more user friendly as an administrator, although it can still be done with a phone.
