Hellosign-- Most efficient and user-friendly electronic signature platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use. People of all ages who especially are adapting to the electronic era have no problems whenever I send them a document to sign through here
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I love the simplicity and usage!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are endless-- from uploading the document to getting everyone who needs to sign to being able to CC others really allows for efficient and successful signatures each time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to save templates for frequently needed forms. This saves lots of time... preventing me from having to repeat the motions of a frequent form every single time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there is nothing that I dislike about the HelloSign system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems being solved: allows me to get documents signed frequently from executives which may not be available in person for signature.
The benefits have been great especially right now with COVID-19.

I can get signed versions of docs to someone faster. Without it, I'd have to sign, scan and send

What do you like best about the product?
We really how self explanatory HelloSign is. I have asked some of my team members to complete documents on the admin and client side and they have no issues. It's easy, simple to use, and gets the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the limited plan we currently have that means I have to recreate documents for clients to sign over and over. Being allowed only one template is very difficult for a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hellosign I know where all my signed documents will be. I can easily refer to contracts and search for specific clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is my favorite part! My customers have no problem signing, dating or adding their initials to the documents. Also love the fact that clients can be anywhere and we can take care of their business. They don't have to come to my office anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit confusing if a couple using the same email address has to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients can be anywhere and sign documents or enter information. They no longer have to come to my office. During COVID I have been able to keep on working without risking safety.

Super easy to use for everyone, even people that are afraid of technology.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is edit & resend docs! A lot of times I need to edit my docs and resend them and Hello-Sign makes this very easy to do!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to manually insert all of the signature request. If you have 50 pages that need a signature in the same spot- you are going to be inserting signature requests for A WHILE!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy for my clients to sign their documents whether they need to sign on their laptop or phone- they find it very easy to do.

It's easy to setup and manage for me and it's simple for clients to use.

As of yet I have not found anything to complain about.

Before I was sending a fillable PDF and clients would have to fill out, print, sign, scan and email back to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend as it is easy to set up and manage. It's orders-of-magnitude more efficient than a previous process I was using. Easy to use from a client perspective too.
Great tool to automate your business
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating forms and sending them to clients. There are plenty of options to customize forms and the form generator tool is very user friendly and intuitive. Multiple options to send forms to clients (email, hyperlink, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a free tool and I'm sure free tools exist, but the power of this tool is customization and the ability to quickly build processes to automate your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly generate, communicate and receive forms (intake, agreements, etc.) from clients. This has allowed me to automate my intake processes and provides a quicker turnaround for our intake process. We are able to get information in a more streamlined format from customers and are also able to build systems that allow certain parts to be delegated to other members of our team (or to outsource those same parts, if necessary).
