Super easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Really simple and straightforward interface. Easy to ready, easy to sign, easy to review later if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly no real issues. The platform was simple and worked as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing to sign documents remotely.

They have good support and interface. We like the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are limited in email notifications of opens/signs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want more visibility notifications. Many, we used it for all documents.

it's a solid platfom
Makes paperwork efficient and clutter free
What do you like best about the product?
The speed and efficiency with which I can get forms filled out, signed and submitted. I can be anywhere and take care of routine form submissions within minutes. No need to print out anything for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't get forms digitally notorized. That would be a great addon feature!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get simple forms for my kids school, leases for rental property or home association issues signed and submitted in minutes. I no longer have to remember to print out a form. I can get this work done no matter where I am.
Love the easy of use!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the notification of when a client has view and/or signed a document. Easy to edit, clean interface, and reasonable price point!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, works like a dream couldn't ask for anything more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer who can not sign and scan. Having a time stamped paper to to revisit. Easy of understanding where to sign off on douments.

Definitely give it a go, you get a good feel with the trail version. Definitive worth upgrading for regular use.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, easy to upload and use templates, provides great tracking and reminder capabilities, legally binding signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally formatting will not align pages correctly so part of a screenshoted document will get cut off, I just try and screenshot a bit larger area than I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very quick signing with my clients, immediately notifies me once signatures are completed with a very easy to access pdf attached.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend this platform to anyone that uses e signing technology. Very user and client friendly.
Quick, easy to use, beautiful UI
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use—I simply upload the document, assign the signatures, and send, right from the same screen. The UI is also modern & pleasant to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, which signature goes where can be confusing (but this is cleared up pretty quickly with close attention to detail)

Solving an easy way to send documents to clients & have them sign quickly
Simple E-Signatures great for contracts.
What do you like best about the product?
Hello Sign is easy to use, just upload a PDF and add where the signature fields go. Then you can e-mail the contract out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API pricing is pretty expensive. I would automate a lot more of our workflows if API pricing was the same as the GUI. Perhaps, a different tier of API pricing that does **not** require embedding Hello Sign into our app (we have no need) could fit our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hello Sign solves our contractural validation issues. As a law firm, we are obligated to procure signatures where possible. Hello Sign works for items that do not need an ink signature or notary.

This is a great software if you have e-signature needs.
Simple and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has been a very lightweight tool, making it very simply and efficient to send electronic documents. There's great visibility into who has viewed the doc(s) and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to send multiple of the same document to one recipient in an efficient way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A much faster signature process for closing deals.
A solid, reliable product for a simple use case
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HelloSign is really easy to use, has great team support, has template support, and honestly just works! I love the ability to create templates and use them extensively. It works really well for almost anything, and I'm a big fan of that. It's not often that I find a product that runs so smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature to add form fields and signature fields onto a document is a little bit clunky. There's no "auto-find" field feature like Adobe Acrobat has, you often need to set fields manually, copy paste doesn't work super well, and it's not very "smart." It gets the job done but perhaps if you have a lot of individual docs (rather than templates) that you work with, it's not super good. I also dislike the multi-click login; I wish I could just login from the homepage, rather than clicking on a log-in button and then being redirected to a log-in page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HelloSign to ensure that all legal documents are in one place, standardized, and of course legally robust. We've been able to easily access all offer letters, contracts, etc. and can easily refer to them without having to store each one manually in G Drive or search who owns which one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We didn't consider alternatives, but it's probably good diligence to do so.

I love the functionality of Hello Sign - it's very intuitive, easy to navigate, and I love that I can save templates for future use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I have had it for years and still love it!

Simplifying my and my client's lives by having everything be quick and easy.
