Review of HelloSign
What do you like best about the product?
The ease in sending contracts to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was a little easier to adjust things on the fly... like when the date is something is getting signed. Also would be nice to make individual changes to contracts in a much quicker fashion. However, overall, it's a very reliable product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease in sending contracts to others. Ability to help people be able to execute contracts as quick as possible in order for Crush The Curve to continue to provide critical testing needs to the state of Idaho.

This is a very reliable product that can help you with doing the things you need to in a very reliable and quick fashion.

Extremely easy, intuitive and fast way to e-sign your documents

- The fact that it allows for templates (for common documents that need to be signed regularly)
- Emails don't land in spam - and are delivered promptly to all parties

Nothing really! If you need to sign more than 3 documents, upgrade your plan!

HelloSign is extraordinarily easy to use.

I do not have any features that I dislike. The program performs as expected.

Electronic signature, we no longer accept signatures any other way.

Easy to use, intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign allows multiple users to sign and date their contract easily. All parties receive the notification and are able to access the contract, send it back, then get the finalized version sent back to them to save for their records.
What do you dislike about the product?
Saving templates is a little confusing. Having a template that already is saved makes it uneditable. I wish that you were able to save a template, then have the chance to reedit them each time, but it just saves only the doc/pdf version, without any new signatures that have been added, which isn't ideal. I end up having to create a new contract every time instead of just using the same format, which definitely would save some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HelloSign to process contractor agreements mostly. We were previously using it to send offer letters as well, but now, Gusto is able to do that for us. The benefits are that we have a legally binding document that can easily be sent to contractors to get them to start working immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
Contracts used to take days or weeks to be signed by our CEO. She would need to find a printer a scanner and everything slowed down. Once we got HelloSign she gets excited because it means another client has signed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a time early on that the display didn't really allow for me to move on to the next page but they fixed it so it's all good now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The contract process moves much faster and it's easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is pretty easy to use and quick. I like the simple options on most used docs. It is an easily usable and trainable piece that we can utilize in multiple offices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options to be able to change somethings. I wish the drop feature put it better aligned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy interface to use as a team. I have really liked the quick use of features and templates. We use many docs for signature virtually and internally.

Make it easier to make changes, starting over is very annoying.

Consulting contracts. Made it easy, repeatable, and saved significant time. It also gives the security and timestamps which are great.
So simple to use and amazing for my small business needs.

I needed a platform that helped me take care of my clients and get them on board in a simple way. HelloSign is very straightforward and simple to use and navigate through. I have had 0 issues and have been using it for over a year now.

No complaints! HelloSign offers everything I need to send contracts to clients and my team.

As a social media manager, I send out a service agreement to all new clients and to my team.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use if you have made documents to sign. It's easy to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
They raised pricing on users, the first time I've seen a SAS company not respect their existing clients by raising prices without offering value, and not grandfathering their prices. Since then it has me reviewing alternatives with a better HubSpot integration and the ability to build proposals in platforms with mixed media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a contract delivery system that I could track opens and where they are in process.

It is pretty easy to use.
