Makes my workflow a lot more simple
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy for my clients to figure out and refer back to!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a great app out there yet. I would love for my clients to be able to access it easier from their phones

Convenient contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience of HelloSign. It allows me to quickly import my documents from Google Drive and then very easily format them to my needs. I also like that I can manage all my signature requests from one central place and that I can receive reminders to let me know if a signature is missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't dislike anything about HelloSign! It's an excellent solution for me, and I use it on a near-daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign helps me send contracts with convenience and ease. It also gives both me and the other signer the opportunity to sign digitally in a secure way.
We made the switch
What do you like best about the product?
We were using the big name eSignature company and made the switch. We've loved it. There are fewer functions, but we have our whole team using it for about the same cost as one of us using it with the other guy. So glad we switched.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice is there were more field options and templated could be so much more, but otherwise great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a team eSignature solution

Great solution for a small team of 10 or less.
This is a no brainer- a must have platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is how simple this system is. It has helped streamline my documents and get everything I need right away. The fact that clients can sign documents from tablets, phone, laptop its amazing. What would sometimes take me a week to track down documents now takes me 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The packages for more than 10 signers are not as flexible as other packets but it can ba managed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this new remote world, hellosign just makes my life extremey easy. It allows me to send documents and get them back extremely easy, send reminders, allows me to create templates so I dont have to recreate documents and even allows me to store them with an unlimited space.

Dont think it twice and go for it.

Digitized a critical part of my business
What do you like best about the product?
Just in time for Covid, I moved my service agreement from paper-and-pen to HelloSign. It's so helpful to be able to send the agreement to new clients to review at their own convenience, so they can read, sign, and get started ...all from the comfort of home. (Also, after an unfortunate hard drive crash, I was able to download all of my agreements from HelloSign, and resume business as usual!) What a helpful addition to my business!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could modify documents once they are uploaded. I often need to make small tweaks to a document, and I have to re-upload a new document to do so. It only take a matter of minutes, so it's not a big deal. (If I am able to modify documents after they're uploaded, I haven't figured out how, yet!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems at all. Using HelloSign makes me appear more professional and more prepared to my clients, because it genuinely helps me BE more professional and more prepared!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the trial period to see how well HelloSign can work for your business. It's easy to set up and use, and once you see how much it helps, you'll be convinced! Be sure to send a trial document to someone outside your organization, so you can track the document through the entire process.
Simple, Welcoming Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way they guide you through the process of getting the documents ready and the process through which signatures are sought.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor thing, but doesn't seem to make the stored addresses available to populate fields when you need them. Not sure if this would make a difference, but there is no app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to sign and obtain signatures on documents, in a simple way, and its compatible with Adobe verfication so it is trusted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I also use DocuSign and I find HelloSign interface easier and more pleasant. For whatever reason, I see lawyers mainly using DocuSign, which I don't fully understand, but I prefer using HelloSign
A Gamechanger for the Vertical Office
What do you like best about the product?
General ease of use over using a printer. I like the pre-populated commonly used fields, with auto-complete suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. An extra click to sign in (where you choose between 3 products). 2. The actual signature I have used for years never has looked nice. 3. The download doc (most commonly used) is hidden and not the preferred path. 4. Should have a blue pen option. 5. I don't like functionality when fields overlap and limit where you place a second box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See above. ELIMINATED the printer and use of my horrible handwriting.

very easy to navigate and very user friendly

There's really nothing I don't like about it. We use it quite often. Easy for all staff to use no matter how tech savvy they are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly send contracts and no need to make a copy to send- everything automated. It's super helpful when it reminds you that there are outstanding signatures.
