Great Value!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it has most of the same functions as other esign applications but for half of the price!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had draw a line through things capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so much more efficient than doing things like scanning and emailing documents to sign or having to kill trees to print off papers to be signed. It also ensures that I get all of the correct initials or signatures in the correct places so that documents don’t have to be resent for errors. It also keeps us fro having to meet people in person to sign documents which is really valuable durning a pandemic!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign is so easy to use and half the price of its major competitors. I switched as I was using a competitor that was consistently messing up and I’ve never looked back and recommend it to everyone!

HelloSign is everything you want in a document signing app
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is super intuitive and takes just moments to set up and a second to sign documents. I love how organized it is and how quickly the app works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about HelloSign is it takes a little digging to find the preview of the signed doc. Would prefer to have a scroll over or if it showed the full title of the doc or signer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me make contracts with clients official! It's also helpful when I need to sign a doc for someone - can quickly pop it into HelloSign and complete it in seconds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Love the intuitiveness/ simplicity of the interface and how easy it is to use.

Very easy to set up the signature pages and add clients. Confirmation email gets sent with the signatures to verify.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a few options to change the look of your signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was half the time or less than setting up individual documents through Docusign. Very intuitive U/I with drag and drop features.

I think the signature boxes could benefit from being free transform sizable rather than proportional

Less hassle 'chasing' people for signatures.
Many of my music artists aren't digitally inclined so this makes it easy for them to be able to get contracts signed easier

Hellosign makes life easy
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to add places to sign and date with multiple people signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I need to edit I need to re upload the document,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency of getting document signed, if they aren't signed I can't close business and hellosign removes the problem and delay of getting them signed.

Its a cost effective way to save time and get things done.

What do you like best about the product?
I tried several electronic signature software vendors' products. Among the ones I tried I found HelloSign to be the most intuitive to use and the fastest to get things done with essentially no training required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike. I haven't tried creating templates yet, so I can't comment one way or the other on HelloSign's template functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I solve is getting signatures remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
It works really well for having clients sign contracts. With the saved templates I can ensure sales staff is using approved company forms. The templates are fairy easy to create. I also use to send new hire paperwork. We have never had any issues or complaints with the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to edit the uploaded template document without having to start over if you need to make a change to something other than the custom fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our company approved documents in one place and the templates are easy enough for our non computer savvy staff.

Buy enough templates - the templates make all the difference!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a paying customer of Hellosign for years now, and it's totally worth it. Simple, secure, easy-to-use, what more could you ask for? Our clients really love having the peace of mind that comes with a legally admissible digital contract. Becaus of this, we look professional, and I'm sure it has helped us close more deals! Plus. being able to point to a valid signature has helped save our bacon a few times!
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to archaic laws, clients can still reverse credit card transactions, and even a contract signed in blood in front of a Supreme Court justice won't change their mind! Always couple your Hellosign agreements with only check or ACH payments to avoid litigation. Although, if you do end up in court, your Hellosign agreement will hold up!

Made Onboarding a new client simple for a new business
What do you like best about the product?
The site was incredibly easy to use and the templates made making new contracts simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
A tutorial would have made it even easier, but I got the hang of it after a few minutes of exploring the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was confused as to how to get contracts signed by my clients in a simple way as a sole proprietor business but this was so easy and didn’t take any excess time or energy from me.
