Very good experience
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to export email adresses, I like the assign an order of signature feature. Quick interface. Possibility to send reminder and to track sent letter in one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more features, like having the possibility to modify a letter directly in the tool, or having the possibility to export signed letter directly through google drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to send letter for signature, for compliance purposes. Also easy for the people signing to access the tool. Possibility to assign signer to reduce the manual steps (in comparison with other tool like pdf sign).

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Tax Cycle software when the Covid-19 crisis hit. Tax Cycle then developed its own e-signature program. An insider suggested I could get better value for money as I have a small client base with outside services. I have already been using dropbox as a free service. I then decided to try Hellosign. I have been delighted with both the price and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have encountered nothing within the process that I dislike

Easy Signing
What do you like best about the product?
Self-explanatory process. Super easy to put signatures on and remind customers as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the dropbox sign. It is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is is helping customers who do not have time to come in a sign in person.
Quick and easy E-signatures
What do you like best about the product?
Customizing and creating different forms to send out for signatures is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to use the bulk send feature. It can be confusing, and if not done correctly, you can spend a long time typing in individual emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT speeds up the process of acquiring signatures and eliminates the need for wet signatures.

Its very cost friendly. Much cheaper then Docusign.

I dont like that I can t edit an envelope I have start new one

Great Signature App for our Small NonProfit
What do you like best about the product?
It has great functionality without breaking the bank like some of the other applications. It makes it nice to be able to afford a feature that is needed and have an application to collect signatures for our contracts and other documents that need signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small things. The ability to save the signed documents in folders. The ability to create a template that will send to the same person if I add their email because currently, even if it is a template, we need to enter the person's email even though we said it to a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be remote and get legal signatures for some things that require signatures. Being in a remote space has made it difficult, and now it is so simple. And it also saves on postage because the executed signed document is sent to them via email.
Dropbox sign is a very valuable tool, as it's connected to secure dropbox folders.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps our team complete signatures swiftly, whilst keeping all of our files centralized in one place. Truly valuable and handy and enhances our team's productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform is slow to load. But this is mainly related to Dropbox, not necessarily to Dropbox Sign.

The ease of using the platform (UI) - it is very simple and intuitive.

One thing I dislike is that sometimes a tiny error requires us to upload the whole document from scratch.

Dropbox is making it easier for different stakeholders to sign one document effectively, seamlessly and quickly without any hassle.
Easiest signatures for actor release forms
What do you like best about the product?
Getting actor release forms was always a difficult thing to get done; I dreaded them. But after I learned that my existing Dropbox account could manage signatures for me I gave it a shot and it was SO easy. The actor I sent to said it was the easiest for them as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was a bit confusing at first. I had both my signature and the actor's as a requirement, but only need their's. It wouldn't let me continue to send until I realized that I was a sender and not another required signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't have an easy way to get actors to give permission to film them. This was a fast and painful less process for both the actor and us as the film company.
Good service but expensive

Clear directions for recipient. Automatically reminds recipe t theat they have a document to review.

Can be a bit confusing to upload document
