HelloSign is so simple to use and is extremely dynamic. I have used competitors and HelloSign is the best experience as a sales rep

HS was easy to implement across the team and easy to create signer workflows. Especially love being able to drag across multiple fields and change ownership.
Great, cost-friendly digital signing tool for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Low-cost, flexible pricing and a great lightweight UI make this a great alternative to the expensive, clunky enterprise-level signing tools.

Digital signatures - we are a fast-growing tech startup and use HelloSign for offer letters, contracts, benefits paperwork and other forms requiring legal digital signatures.
Documentation simplified
What do you like best about the product?
This software has a theme futuristic around it. Gone are the days of faxing documents and waiting days for responses. The software makes it easy for our clients to sign documents in the comfort and convenience of their locations without getting to our offices and the fact that the documents can be authenticated and managed on a cloud based service like this one simplifies life for both our clients and ourselves and the other iconic feature is that when a client opens the document it notifies us on our end and thus we can follow up on even voluminous documentation without fear of getting it wrong all thanks to this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good, I have not personally had any disgruntlement at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit this software has offered us is authentication of documents and reaching out to our clients to their different places of convenience without having to get there and without having to get worried that in the mix up of documents something went wrong and we pride all that to this software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign is the future. Therefore for companies big and small that would require to simplify their work with documents most especially those involving clients signing and authenticating then this is the right software for you.
A digital signing programme, with easy-to-use tools
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly UI makes it simple to grasp and use, quick to execute an operation, just those required to keep the consumer successful with anything he does and to help him unpack his activities without any problems in the shortest time possible. There are various signing possibilities, document monitoring, and metrics like whether the memo has been revised, forwarded, or deactivated, it ’s absolutely a knowledge that's immensely valuable to numerous organizations like marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The archive of the record is a little disorganized in its arrangement, there's no easy way to search through different records. Interfaces are kind of limited and also don't offer the option of combining multiples into one. Service team is not sensitive at all, now there are moments that I wanted to give up while I had to search for online resources to fix my issue, which is also hard to find because there is not much superimposed on the dark web as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a expert in the selection of talent from my firms, I use Hellosign or submit binding arrangements to prospective talent that I am pooling with my company. And using Hellosign, any need to bring memos via telephone or post office, courier was simply eliminated almost entirely, saving my company time and money.

Although the software is very simple and intuitive to use, we would have liked to have had documentation in Spanish for the first steps of use, so we would have learned how to use it and transmit it to customers more quickly and easily.

Has transformed the way we process contracts
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep track of all our contracts, and what stage they're at, in one place has been a game-changer for us. Moving the contract-signing process online has been a real time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish you could make changes to the signature flow on a document once you have already sent it. ie. Change the email address of the second signer, or add a third signer, even though the first signer has already received/signed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we were processing all our contracts manually, off-line. At each signature stage, we'd have to print the document, sign it by hand, scan it in. It created more work, but it also meant we had sensitive information on paper that we then needed to destroy. HelloSign also provides us with an invaluable audit trail, so that we know exactly when we sent the contract.

The use of the interface is very simple and can be used by practically any user, but to use its API and read its documentation, it is essential to have knowledge of REST and be an IT person. It would also be important for them to have a website in Spanish, as well as associated documentation of their use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The implementation of the digital signature has the same validity as a paper signature and allows you to validate documents without travel. Using HelloSign saves travel time and has more reliable document storage than having a paper signature.

We recommend users to read all the existing documentation before purchasing. We have not seen an option to perform a test, but the price is very small, so you can try it for a month. So you can test its ease of use.

Hellosign doesn’t set a limit to the number of persons who can put their signature on a document. It integrates smoothly with Dropbox, thus making it a smooth experience to export signed document unto Dropbox for safe-keeping.
The presence of a real-time notification system which informs me whenever a person signs their document, ensures document signings are fast and that I am unlikely to miss any updates.

What do you dislike about the product?
User interface needs to be improved , to be more intuitive. There are still cases of clients not trusting e-signatures enough, albeit this is in no way a fault of HelloSign.

As my companys talent acquisition specialist, I use Hellosign to send contractual agreements to prospective talents I am pooling to my organization. By using Hellosign, the need to send documents via fax or via postal, courier has simply been almost completely eliminated, thus saving my company money and time.

User friendly UI make it easy to understand and use, easy to perform an action, only those necessary to keep the user productive in everything he does and helping him to unpack his tasks in the shortest possible time without any complications. There are different options for signings, document tracking, and metrics such as whether the document has been modified, forwarded, or deleted, it's certainly an insight that's invaluable to various companies such as Marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function doesn't yield the results you're looking for, so it's a function that needs to be optimized or even implemented in a better way, sorting results by categories, dates or other items. The signature options are not so extensive, you only have two options to choose so this let you without freedom to choose. It turns out to be quite annoying the process of creating templates as it takes a long time to create one that meets your needs.

The biggest advantage I have found using this product is keeping docs as PDF contracts in the cloud, being easier to manage and share with businessmen than by fax or other type of messaging. The digital signature gives a higher confidence and can be tracked for your convenience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To recommend this product it is necessary to establish a point of comparison with another similar product, and there is a tool called Signnow which is quite good and I was able to use it for a short period of time. Among the disadvantages it has in front of Hellosign is its pricing, which is a little expensive so it does not make it viable in terms of its price quality ratio, so I lean much more to Hellosign here. The customer support of the both tools is quite similar although I would say Signnow offers a better overall experience.
