Great system for multiple personal and business uses
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to just drag and drop to upload documents needing signature, in addition to being able to drag and drop the text boxes as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there isn't a way to create a larger text box instead of having to click and type

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of my clients don't have access to printing and scanning, and sometimes they are just slow to submit documents. This is an easy way to remedy both issues.

Professional and user-friendly digital signature platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create templates is super helpful because our business has a lot of different forms that need to be sent out to different members throughout the day. I also love the integration with Slack, which notifies me immediately when a member signs, including a link to the completed form. More recently, I noticed that we now have the ability to change the title of the form just before it's sent out to the member, which is great! It used to read 'Document for review' on every form that went out, which wasn't insightful to our recipients nor to us when we received the form back. The new change is a game-changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to pre-fill a template form before sending it out to a recipient. Currently, the only way we can prefill a portion of the form is to either 1) upload the form and add all the textboxes each time we need to prefill information, before sending it to the recipient, which is very time-consuming, or 2) list myself as a recipient/signer on the form, send it to both the intended recipient and myself, access the form again and complete the fields I need to prefill before sending the form off again to the intended recipient. It would be much easier to have the option to prefill a template before sending it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not currently have our own signature system, so DropboxSign is giving us a modernized option of having forms signed that doesn't involve putting a burden on the recipient to print, hand-sign, and return.

i like how its gotten better over time, i like how its really easy to navigate.

it used to take a long time for signed docs to load, but its gotten faster with time so currently no negative comments.

Extremely effective for e-signature collection
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides for our business is the ability to collect and track outstanding e-signatures required for business critical purposes. We've also found this an incredibly effective tool to use when collecting multiple signatures!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was the ability to re-assign signatures. We often require witness signatures and this can be difficult if we don't have their details to share the document with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting multiple signatures on one document as well as tracking who hasn't signed and promoting follow ups. Our alternative used to be collecting signatures via PDF and tracking internally.
Great product, easy to use, makes life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the template option, especially when you have several different offer letter or contract types to send out. Though it can take a little while to create the templates, it's saves hours over the course of the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be so cool if you could create the docs in hello sign so that if you needed to change a small line or something, you wouldn't have to reupload a full template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So much cheaper and easier to use than DocuSign. Better team integrations and easier to find historical information.

Putting together the signature package can be time consuming. However that is no fault of Dropbox

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to add boxes to the forms without leaving the Dropbox platform. I love the status and filing features the most - you can choose what Dropbox folder you want your signed form to go into once it has been completed. Once it's done it gets renamed with the addition of "(signed)" and prior to that it shows in progress. Sounds silly, but just streamlining those steps saves me so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see them add an option when creating a file for signature you can choose to delete/replace the original file with the signed one. Additionally, I can't figure out how to save my own signature so I don't have to keep signing everytime.

The Easiest Tool to Use for Collecting Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
Once you create a template, Dropbox Sign is super easy to use for sending out a dicument that needs signatures or needs to be reviewed. Its user interface is not cluttered and not complicated, it is easy to navigate, and easy to manage. They have a great many integrations that allow use of HelloSign across other platfoms/solutions/services such as Evernote, GoogleDocs, Microsoft Sharepoint, OneDrive, Hubspot, Slack, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox Sign has too much of a lab feeling when you log in to it. It feels too clean and lacks color and excitement. When using a template to send, each template goes out to recipients with the name that the template has - you have to add/rename the document in order to be able to differentiate who
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are no longer sending PDFs around as attachments and waiting for people to sign, print, scan, and send back. Instead, we use HelloSign and the process is so much easier to manage and collect e-signatures.
