A simple to use digital signature service that delivers the customer service when it counts.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and very intuitive. It is easy to integrate with Gmail, DropBox, Hubspot, and slack. Word, Google Drive, and Salesforce are also supported.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did need some customer support because there was an issue with an error message. It took longer than I'd wanted, but tech support finally resolved the problem after a few emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system is very user-friendly for the customers to sign documents required for business transactions.

Very easy to use & cost effective compared to the competitors.
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is very user friendly. I used for four signatures on 1 document and it was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really wasn't anything missing. I didn't find anything wrong with it:
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had to send several contract amendments for multiple signatures. I appreciated being notified when the contracts were viewed and when they were signed. I also appreciated when I was sent the fully executed contracts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get to know it's key features. You'll see that it's user friendly.

The ease of use. The accuracy of the information when the document was signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I don't like about Hello Sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to protect myself against an E&O violation with proof of signed applications.
Decent document signature platform
What do you like best about the product?
Reasonable price and some good features. Notifications are helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates stink. Manually adjusting templates is not smooth and feels like they're filling in empty boxes as opposed to a smooth document that has been customized

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hellosign free plan for years before I upgraded recently. As a new user 4 years ago, it did not take very long for me to figure out how to use it, the systematic process and structure really took away a bit of pain that I normally have with formatting and back and forth coordination with signers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say that it is a dislike, but rather an additional feature that could be introduced is to allow verification of identification documents. Quite often I would request for identification document and I need the signer to also verify and put in a sort of confirmation that this is their document - if there is a workaround for it that I have not discovered yet please feel free to let me know!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most important benefit to me is the time spent coordinating between signers, chasing signers for signatures has been vastly reduced. I just need to login to my dashboard and check whom hasnt signed and follow up from there. Secondly the Hellosign dashboard also serves as a depository of sorts for me in addition to the P-Files that I already maintain.
Solid platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is easy to get started with and easy to use. I also appreciate the document history and the ability to view old docs which have been signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I've had documents which had trouble loading into the platform. Additionally, the need to click through several screens before getting into a document can be annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My entire law firm is online, so I need an esignature platform to onboard clients and have clients execute documents. I couldn't operate my business without esignatures.
Hellosign takes out a tonne of hassle signing and documenting contracts.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface, simplicity of functions, ability to build templates, easy retrievability of old contracts, notifications on view, reminders if someone hasn't signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be more field types. Longer contracts requiring signatures on every page need a field to be placed on multiple pages - that can be tedious at times and can be streamlined.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a must-have for any organisation doing business digitally with clients in different geographical locations. We use Hellosign for all our employment contracts, order forms for new customers, renewals of contracts, partnerships with other organisations, etc. Very simple to use, no hassle of maintaining drives with records - simplifies life overall.
Easy to use, pricing competitive
What do you like best about the product?
Templates work well, UI is sleek, pricing is competitive with other providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is competitive but that doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement. Standard per user license fee can become quite costly when onboarding many team members.

Contract signings across SOWs, adviser agreements, MOUs, etc
Sleek, Cost Efficient, and Legal Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has been my favorite for many years. I am not a fan of the alternatives as they are not as user-friendly for both the sender and the signers. I really love HelloSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downside in the several years I have been a HelloSign customer. I have sent out hundreds of documents for signature and all have been signed with no complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business uses contract templates that are standard for different types of services. Once you create it once the fields are saved and it can scale easily to be sent out over and over again with minimal effort and maximum results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works. It's simple and sleek and most importantly, qualifies as a legal signature.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up documents, upload and even create templates. Clients have no difficulty using HelloSign. Can set up signature 'order' which helps. Application also recommends templates for consideration (for documents used more often).
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant complaints about the product. I have had no failures with the application. I started using it in 2021.

My business requires secure document signing. Since the pandemic has created a huge demand for virtual meetings with clients, the electronic option has been vital to keeping things moving efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great assist for business. Very efficient and easy for clients to use. Complies with the requirement for legal documentation of electronic signature and easy storage.
