An Efficient, Mobile-Friendly, smooth way to sign (and organize!) documents
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease in which you can send and receive back signed documents. Hello Sign is user-friendly and also helps keep documents organized once executed. I am an event professional who works with speakers, sending agreements and contracts. I've been using Hello Sign for 3 years now and it has changed the speed at which we can get speakers booked - no more sending a pdf and waiting for the person on the other end to scan and return. Hello Sign is mobile friendly too which means we can get countersignatures quickly versus waiting in an email black hole.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some organizational tools (google docs, etc.) are not as intuitive or user-friendly. Same with who gets a copy when all parties have fully executed the final document. A little more attention to the UX experience would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed at which speakers can execute contracts has made the whole speaker booking process more efficient. We have eliminated the need for scanning signatures.

A great (and simple) tool for doing electronic signatures without breaking the bank.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can import PDFs easily into the interface and then place my fields however and wherever I want to. This makes signing contracts and work orders a breeze for us and especially our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say I dislike is that templates aren't as easy as I'd like to set up, but that's more a cause of our business model than anything. Anyone in a similar field as ours, I'm sure would face the same roadblock - but it's not a problem that makes me want to change platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving getting work orders signed quickly. No more emails with hand-written signatures that take days to get back from clients. I also get to see when a client views the order/contract and if they don't sign within 30 minutes, that's a sign for me to follow up and see if there were any expectations they had that weren't met in the contract or scope. It's a good way for me to keep tabs on the client's journey.
HelloSign has been very easy and user-friendly to setup and use.
What do you like best about the product?
I find the template link to be the most useful. Overall it is easy to just jump in and get going with processing documents and signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fee structure, would appreciate a nonprofit discount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to process the signatures of our parents for field trips, program registrations, and more, with ease. I don't have to worry about printing and collecting physical documents, and students losing them in the transfer.
Easy to use and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is easy to use. I like that I can upload a document and easily place where the signatures and dates need to go. Since I need to produce these documents requiring signatures quickly, HelloSign allows me to do that with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a feature where pictures of documents can be taken with the camera phone to look like a scanned file, imported in HelloSign app and then be able to add a signature from there.

Best E-Signature App
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is a wonderful app! It is super user-friendly. All generations of people can use it! It saves time and travel expenses for my organization. We love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
HelloSign sometimes freezes up. This may cause the signature to be somewhat delayed in sending back to the person who requested the signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign allows me to get signatures from parents quickly. It allows for easy follow-up for reviewing important documents. I love that I can designate a signature places and intial places.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign keeps all my documents on file for quick and easy review if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could upload more templates to use.

HelloSign offers a quick, secure solution to execute leases. HelloSign has made it easier to manage leases without meeting in person.
Covenient and user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's been very helpful during this pandemic period as in-person meetings have been greatly reduced. As an accountant, HelloSign assisted to obtain authorized signatures from my clients when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were occasionally glitches when uploading documents, and the program does not provide any guidance as to what the matter is. It would be nice to at least know what the issues were so I can fix and re-upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining e-signatures from clients. Sometimes signatures are required for multiple individual at different locations on the same document and HelloSign enables this without having for anyone to travel around.

User flow is frictionless. Creating documents is straightforward and easy.

Locked into a monthly/annual billing plan instead of paying per use.

Simplified the effort of sharing and signing documents in a secure way.
Best e-signing company!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, even with multiple signers. It's easy to distinguish between signers and adjust to whatever size font, initial or whatever is needed. I also love that it automatically sends reminders until a document is signed by all parties without the need to trigger them yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's honestly nothing that I dislike about this program. It's been a smooth program to use so far. I use it daily and have had zero issues. It's never crashed, lagged or failed me in any way.

I am able to have my clients sign court documents that are time-sensitive. This has been the best product we've discovered because it saves us time and helps us meet court deadlines without having to ask for an exttension and drag out cases longer than needed du e

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is incredibly intuitive. It took less than 5 minutes from creating my account to getting my first document out for e-signature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that as the sender, I have to be the first signer. I would prefer to sign after my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract turn-around time has dramatically increased. I also feel more official than just sending a PDF to be signed.
