Fast and Cost Effective
What do you like best about the product?
faster approvals from Clients and Executives, I also have a complete trail of who viewed and signed the document and when.It is very convenient. ( Workflow tracking). I also love that I can easily access all signed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It' is hard to upload documents using smartphones,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can sign anytime and anywhere, And I like that it is paperless, Our company can save money from printing costs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is user-friendly and very easy to use. It has a document storage where you can easily search and access your files anytime.

The simplicity of it and the fact that it saves everyone a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. It took a little while to get used to having come from DocuSign but I like it overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People don't have to print, sign, date, scan and return. Saves a ton of time for everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use and a huge time saver.
Best All Around E-Sign Product
What do you like best about the product?
The product is intuitive from the availability of templates to the template links. The pricing is the best in the marketplace for unlimited signing and straightforward. There is almost no learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Link templates should have the ability to auto-forward completions to other email addresses as need. This feels like a miss. There should also be other text box validation options or maybe custom validation builders. The template and template link product should continue to mature. Also, there is no reason to limit templates to only 5 at any given time for an account with unlimited signings. This doesn't make sense for 1 person shop as I will never pursue an enterprise account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest benefit is getting customers on contract quickly in a easy to use format. This allows me to save hours every month on basic administrative tasks while also practicing good risk management.
HelloSign has been very helpful with my clients.

Ease of use. The website makes signing documents easy for my clients and me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the load time for documents is very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When uploading Word files, it can sometimes take up to 5 minutes to load.
Decent product, useless support
What do you like best about the product?
The product is really quite good and easy to use. You can add lots of big documents to be signed, whereas some other systems are limited on file size.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support really is quite literally useless. For example, I wrote to the support team to say that I'd like to be able to cc people when I use a template (for some reason you cannot do this) and they wrote back to explain to me how I can use the cc function in ordinary (non-template based) use. They didn't understand my question, almost certainly because they didn't bother to read it properly and they never answered when I followed up again. Very poor indeed. And that, I'm afraid, is typical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the productivity benefits of automating workflows, but most of all improving cash flow by getting contracts signed quicker.
Really easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's smooth easy to use, and I recommend it to anybody.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little tough to get the hang of it first with dragging the fields in the documents, but now I got the hang of it; it's easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The required fields you have to drag into the documents were confusing at first. I met with my manager, and he walked me through how everything works.

This app is very easy to use. I like that you can have multiple signers and leave a note to other signers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the recipients to receive an email reminder daily until they sign the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have clients all over the country, so this cuts back the time to get documents signed legally. Instead of mailing contracts out and waiting for them to be returned, I can get documents signed almost instantly.

This software is totally worth it!
HelloSign makes it easy to send documents for signature and keep track of them.

I like the email updates that are sent in the morning if items are out waiting for signature still. The interface is intuitive and easy to use and set up, even for a novice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can have a long upload time for a document, lack of size consistency with field text boxes.

Creates an easy and secure way to ensure documents are being signed and held in a safe platform until they are filed.

I wish that HelloSign had an option to edit documents quickly.
