Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and linked with DropBox.
It safe all the documents I created and can be re-used again

I'm able to send documents to employees and after they review and sign to receive an email for any update

What do you like best about the product?
being able to go back and find documents easily and that reminders are sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly nothing. everything is easy to use and i have had no issues with it thus far (been using for over a year)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
again, being able to re-access documents has saved me hassle when trying to re-send to people. being able to have multiple signers so i do not have to send multiple documents.
Really great e-sign solution

It's easy to use, affordable, and has a good UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that immediately comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are fully remote, and all contracts (internal and external) must be signed. We use HelloSign for this. It's been very easy to get signatures, even asycnchronously

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to access previous documents when needed. It's a modernized approach compared to emailing documents for signatures. There are so many ways to use Hellosign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see where I can edit an email address after the document has been uploaded and sent. I find myself uploading the document again for signatures to add the correct email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less paper. It shows that our company is up to date with technology. Electronic signatures are easy to implement and use in today's environment.

Sometimes our passengers get confused about how to sign for more than one passenger.

All of our waivers are signed and stored online. We don't have to manage tons of paper files.

I researched competitors and HelloSign is the best one for our needs.
Decent product, but getting clunkier. Questionable business integrity remains a problem.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is fairly well designed and intuitive, which is nice. But in this Year of Our Lord 2022, that's now par for the course.
I also like that we've been able to integrate with Clio, which we use to manage our firm software. But again, e-sign integrations are now a dime a dozen.

What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to manage templates via integration isn't possible, which is too bad. In fact, much of the functionality appears to be lost with a subpar integration.
I remained concerned with the company's integrity with what appears to be a trap subscription model. In 2020, I accidentally signed in (using Google) with my personal email address instead of my firm address (both use Google logins, and I just clicked on the wrong one). It prompted me to pay for the annual subscription, which I had already been paying for. I assumed it was just because it was due again. I used the service in connection with that personal address exactly one time. Otherwise, I went on using it in association with my business address as normal. A year later, I immediately noticed the duplicate subscription problem when the prepaid annual subscription associated with my personal address automatically renewed. The company refused to refund any of the $360 ($180 for both years), even though it was very obvious that I wasn't using that account and had already been paying for another. Meanwhile, HelloSign advertises that one of their business practices is that the "do the right thing - even when no one is looking."

The basic benefits of electronic signature that has now become commonplace and widely accepted. Honestly, it's nothing that can't be solved with another e-sign service.

Great way to send paperwork through electronically
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and quick to input for parent's review of school paperwork. I like that you can input all of the data quickly, and it is "parent-friendly." I have not seen a lot of the competitor's products, but when we were virtual-our school got the best price for this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are little glitches to the highlighting aspect for the various people it is being sent to, and I need to do it multiple times. I would like to see the little glitches get smoothed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this product for all special education paperwork for our school. As I mentioned, the product is easy to manuever through and easy for the parents who must view the paperwork and sign.

Hello Sign is a straightforward platform and efficient way to send contracts. It is easy to organize files, keep track of who clients they were sent out to, and easy to send reminders throughout the website!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Hello Sign is a great platform, and there has been nothing that I have come across that has not been helpful! It is very easy to use, and there are no conflicts with it!

Hello Sign has allowed an easier way to send documents. It has helped us to decrease the amount of money spent on sending documents via mail and made the process more efficient!
