Simple to use, and easy to sign, easy to administer. User-friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the option of completing the docs very fast. Also, compared to the other e-signing docs, you can upload a prefilled pdf form, and it will not delete prefilled fields.
Also, you may store standard templates, and messages to sign, as well as the system remembers and prompts if anyone within a company should receive a copy of the signed document.

What do you dislike about the product?
This bothers me often, and someone may get caught from time to time on this. You should be very-very cautious, to make sure you don't accidentally put a signature/name/date field somewhere in the document. If there could be a count of total fields added
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast and remote signing of documents, as well as tracking of the progress. Reminding parties to sign if something. Also, I like the option to add parties who should receive a signed copy, so kinda schedule everything in one place and eliminate extra emails

Intuitive interface, competitive arena
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is very intuitive and the free version is solid for occasional use. The signees don't tend to have any issue filling it out and I have been able to do a variety of different forms easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many solutions on the market that seem to do basically the exact same thing, making it hard for a given solution to stand out. There isn't much to dislike here overall aside from having one more SaaS solution to pay for and remember your login for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Printing, signing, scanning things in... so old school. HelloSign is a good standard solution that is intuitive for pretty much anyone.
Great way to streamline and digitize contract signing
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and customizable. I also love the integration with Google Drive, so all my signed contracts are automatically uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all - it's a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who deals with digital contracts in their business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we were signing contracts on physical paper and then sending them digitally to other parties. HelloSign really helped us streamline and digitize the process, all while maintaining legality and compliance.

I don't love that you can't attach other documents that don't need to be signed. You end up having to send a separate email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting signatures back from families quickly and easily.
Simplictiy for multi-national NGO
What do you like best about the product?
With staff around the globe, HelloSign allows me to document approvals and easily reference the documents when needed. My organization works around the global in many timezones and this makes it a piece of cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I would change, it's quick, easy, and very manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem of needing an accurate system to record approvals for expenses that were outside the capabilities of our accounting system. This provides the audit trail we need.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can just send the forms and have them signed remotely
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to add in the forms but my web guy does it for me . I also wish there was more allowance for more than one form

I don't have to meet everyone in person

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so simple - you can combine multiple documents, and adding signature and customizable fields is so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a little easier to organize signed documents.

Getting secure documents to applicants quickly is so important when recruiting. HelloSign is trustworthy, and simple for us and candidates to use. It saves a lot of time and helps keep us organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that the package you choose will meet your needs in terms of the number of seats (users) and the number of templates for documents you will need frequently signed. If you have annual signatures required, then opt for a package with more templates.

Dropbox isn't my fave company, so not a fan of the merger

Terms & Conditions are easy to send out to clients. I wish it'd send more reminders though
Great way to keep contracts documented in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can keep track of the progress of my contracts and send reminders to clients through the system to make contract signing easier for myself and the clients
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some options allowed me to add just X amount of additional contracts to sig per month. Some months I only require 1-3 additional beyond the 3 free but paying $15-20 for this is a bit high

Ability to have my customer's sign and not have to drive to me. Makes it easier to be more productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend HelloSign. It's super easy to use and VERY convenient for both me and my customers. Also, you CANNOT beat the price for the features you get.
