Simplicity is best!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is simple and easy to understand. I don't have to guess where I need to go to do what I need to do for my contract management process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is kind of a pain to use when you need to do contracts on the go (example: trying to apply your signature and text evenly on the signature lines). The app could really use a lot of work for ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign is my go to for all agreements that run through our organization. I'm easily able to sign, create and return documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign is a great option if you appreciate simplicity like I do. It's also a super helpful option when you get signed contracts back and the signature authentication from other electronic signature platforms blocks you from signing it in places like Adobe Sign.

Easy to use, cost effective.
What do you like best about the product?
Our team picked up on helloSign easily. We use it every day to send agreements to customers. At the time we adopted it, hellosign was cheaper than docusign too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to complain about. The software does what it needs to. I do wish the interface for setting up a document were a bit easier to drag things around. Sometimes it's hard to place the signature or initial box exactly where you want it on a crowded page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of customers who ask for extensions on their car notes or need a side loan for a repair. HelloSign allows us to easily formalize an agreement with the customer so that we can work with them through their financial hardship but also hold them accountable to their commitments to pay later.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would sync to Google so even users who I have not yet shared a document, it would populate their name & email (since we have most likely been in correspondence via email). It would also be nice to have different messages go to different recipients (ex. one to my boss to sign for context and another email message for the client receiving to sign)

What do you like best about the product?
Hello sign is very easy to set up your pdf document in and is very intuitive for my clients to use. I've used it now for about two years, and it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the program does take some time to load with larger pdf documents (i.e., 150 plus pages). That's my only minor annoyance though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use hello sign in my law office to send out documents to clients for their signature. It's sped up the rate that I get signed documents back, and I no longer have to deal with photos of signed pages emailed from the clients.

What do you like best about the product?
This service is beneficial for our school contracts. I appreciate the ease of using this website from both the admin side as well as the parent side. I have not used other sites before this one so I cannot compare it, but I do recognize the benefits of this site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you have to pay for the use of more than one document. However, I have not experienced any issues with how this product works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any problems with HelloSign. It's very beneficial because we do not need the parents printing and signing things, but instead we automatically get sent a pdf.
The BEST eSignature Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Pricing! HelloSign is not a scam like its competitors. I was spending over $1,000 a month with a competitor for years. I could not be happier with the service provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. HelloSign is the best. I have no critiques after being jaded by a competitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get documents signed fast for a monthly fee versus a per signature fee which is absolutely ridiculous. Competitors charge even if you do not gt the document signed.
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the simplicity of the program. Individuals receiving the documents to sign have stated how easy it is to submit their signatures without hassles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I could say about negatively towards HelloSign.

I have received less confusion from the people signing the document. I love that I am able to place their signature places and group check marks together.
HelloSign has been super helpful getting required signatures over the last couple years.

Fast and convenient way to get signatures to staff and board members at various locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced any difficulties so no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using HelloSign has helped get the needed signature when staff were working remotely during COVID. We have realized that this is a very efficient way even with staff back to working full time in the office.

I highly recommend HeleloSign as a platform for those needing a fast and convenient way to collect required signatures for any type of doucment.
Hello Sign is Easy to use and takes very little time!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the speed we have with Hello Sign. The customer receives the document instantly, and often they will sign their papers before they leave our office or within 5 minutes of us sending the request.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish HS were compatible with Life Insurance applications. We have used DocuSign a few times, but we prefer HS. An option to text a signer a link from the HS website would be beneficial as many people get overwhelmed with emails, and they can get buried sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to go paperless in our office, thanks to HS! We also no longer have to remind people to sign their documents because HS does that automatically.
Reliable e-Signature PLatform
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it follows up on signatures for you, sending reminders. ANd that it sends me 1 email daily showing all of the unsigned docs I have pending, so I know who to follow up with that day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that it wont keep me logged in very long, so I have to reset the page and relog in several times a day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting things signed faster and with much more ease! We are able to have a loan applicants sign forms for quick loan approval. We are much faster at getting conditions finished now that we use hellosign.
