So easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I use it for official documents and contracts and makes my job so much easier to for my daily tasks and to stay in contact with the clients and pending items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, honestly it covers everything I need for contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the contracts we need clients to sign. You can easily keep track on everything we need.

Hello sign was buttery smooth
What do you like best about the product?
The smooth well thought out workflow. As a new user it guided me along to create my template and use to get multiple signatures. Everything including the document creation, signature workflow and all-way communication had been thought through.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a starter account, I understand that there will be some limitations. But I was sad to be unable to save my template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Landlord I needed a quick simple way to get leases signed that did not involve multiple trips to the property to deliver leases and collect them back later. Hellosign achieved that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's a very low bar to entry and free membership should be fine if your needs are not huge. If you're considering scaling up your operations, you'll have to be a paying member

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, never goes into spam, keeps track of watching the signing process and sends reminders!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike at all. The processes are very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works with our QQ Catalyst system, accountability and making sure we have all forms signed, and it keeps a record too.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign gives us the convenience of sending our important documents in an easy and timely manner. User-friendly, has great features, and increases productivity. User-friendly and affordable, too! Definitely, it changed the way we organize our documents!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about! And I could not ask for more! My overall experience is nothing but awesome! Experience a few glitches but they are very responsive and resolved quickly. Kudos to HelloSign and its supportive team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have any problem but maybe for a cheaper price, we can add more templates. Or at least the bulk sending is possible for the lower plan even if there a 100 limits since we do send a lot of documents within the company.

Highly recommend HelloSign for company contracts
What do you like best about the product?
We have used HelloSign for years now, as we have many independent contractors come on board throughout the year. The easiest part for us is the templates option because it makes sending contracts and tax paperwork a breeze. The site is also user friendly and easy to find what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything we dislike to be very honest. Everything works as it should and is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send out a ton of contracts throughout the year and HelloSign makes that incredibly easy for our hiring team. The templates feature is golden; I only had to import and edit our general contract once and now my team can send it out easily without making any changes to it.
Intuitive and Cheaper than DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to have multiple documents signed at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm hoping that in the future they add a feature which forces the signer to select one of many options.

This service is far cheaper than DocuSign and allows me to quickly have documents reviewed and signed.
Easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get my docs uploaded and edited for clients to sign. I also love that is has tracking so I knew when each step was completed. 10/10 would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the cost, but I will pay for the convenience and ease of use.

I am able to have contracts signed by my clients for my small business easily.
Makes Life Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps my documents organized. Sends reminders which eases some of my day to day worries! I send rental contracts to be filled out and signed. I haven't used competitor sites but I feel like this one is sufficient for my needs and gets the job done! I love that you can make templates which saves a lot of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to use on a mobile phone. Other then that it's a great product on a laptop. It would be great if they could make it more mobile friendly. I really don't have any other complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to fill out my rental contracts by hand and would have to meet up with the renters each time to fill it out. Now I can save time and money by sending it online and it makes it easier for the renters to fill it out on their end. With covid it helps keep things as contact free as possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you do all your work on your phone it may be difficult. If you can use your laptop, I highly recommend it!
Not robust enough for enterprise needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the price point; it is accessible for small companies or start-ups, and also the user interface is relatively easy to use. It is nice to have all past documents stored in one place and searchable with the team documents filter (need admin permission for this).
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin capabilities for security and privacy for different business functions are not as robust as some other e-sig tools. You have to pay for extra templates and the tool doesn't integrate well with Salesforce or G-suite, which makes sense as it is a Dropbox company product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Core e-signature problems- getting a legally binding document signed electronically, however my enterprise business needs are not being solved (automation, scale, etc) so I will be moving on to another product.
