easy, affordable and digital
What do you like best about the product?
Enables me to create simple templates, import from Google Drive and send out a digital agreement all for a really low cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The update emails are sometimes a bit too much, but I recently figured out how to minimize these messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign creates a simple, digital agreement structure for my small business. The main benefits are savings in time and complexity.

What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely like the feature where it prints an audit trail. Being able to see when the person viewed the document, when the person signed the document when people received and returned the paper in my field is beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing I dislike about having used HelloSign. If anything, I would like to see the dates and times a document was sent with a reminder to sign for audit trail purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have proof of when documentation is sent out would be just one of the problems or benefits I see with utilizing this platform. This platform provides additional support in our field when it comes time for a paper trail.
Very User Friendly and Scalable for Business Purposes
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is very user-friendly for clients to access, view, and sign documents. The template feature allows me to scale my business very efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the layout of the notes and more info once documents have been signed.

Verified digital signatures. Security and compliance issues.
A very simple contract management system that is great.
What do you like best about the product?
It simplified. Great signing process. Automatic reminders are sent to third parties for signing. Built-in mailing system.

No built-in PDF editor when uploading a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplified contractual signing is done with staff and third parties. No requirement to attach documents to an email as it uses the built-in email client.
Hello Sign shows improvement and is easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
They have improved the experience by making the text box and signature box easier to manipulate and move. I like the easy integration to send to teammates. I find it easier to use than some other signing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with our ATS. I wish there was a setting that allowed me to share who sees my documents on their hello sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are signing employee contracts and onboarding information. Also, any grant and refresh documents. I also believe our sales team uses it to execute deals.

It is very simple, straightforward and helpful in all situations.

I wish the box and text alignment was more intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use HelloSign. You literally sign up, upload documents you need to sign, and go. I also appreciate the template functionality. Makes my workflow much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don' like that you can't save draft documents...at least I haven't figured out how. The template functionality was a little rough but has been getting better as of late!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offer documents with ease, employment-related paperwork etc. I not only have the functionality to sign documents in a virtual environment, but it is easy to use for all those I send documents to.
