Easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can control notification control and the color codes.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I delete, it doesn't always delete from the master Hello sign holder.

Quick and Easy process to Sign documents
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the website is the best thing about HelloSign. The flow of getting a document to the signatories is fluid and quick. I have used several other tools like Adobe but nothing compares to this tool with respect to ease of usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are quite a few options like sending multiple documents at the same time, etc. which are not available inspite of you paying a monthly subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When this Pandemic kicked in, getting wet ink signatures from the signatories in the Work From Home scenario was impossible. That is when HelloSign came to our rescue, and now, even though we are all working from office now, we are not going back to manual signatures again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go for it once and I am sure you won't go back again to manual signatures or any other tool.

I love the feature that allows me to send a link to my clients rather than having to send invites individually. This is what I find most helpful. I could not run my business without HelloSign! Thanks!

This product is simple to set up for signature and very user-friendly on the receiver end. Since I started using this my life has been a lot easier. It make getting signature a pleasure.

There is nothing that I dislike about the product.

I am saving myself driving around to get documents signed.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and step by step digital document set up. Very conveniente to use for having agreements signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found downsides so far when using hellosign, works good for us.

Having to reach employees in person to sign documents. Time saving.
It works seamless. I actually used it personally and then recommended it to my company

The ease of it. It is extremely easy to navigate and I love that it keeps a lot of it saved so I can reference later.

I truly can't think of anything. For what I use it on it works really well. I think the only thing is better integration with google drive. It can't find my files that are inside folders.

Being able to have electronic signature with an audit trail for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The portal is very easy to navigate, and the layout makes sense. There is no confusing 3 layer menu's, everthing is within 2 clicks or so of the home page, aside from settings

There are occasional glitches, but nothing too severe. Occasionally forms will come back with only their names, but unsure if this is hellosign, or our customers

We are able to precharge for service calls. This allows us to avoid scammers and avoid small claims court, which is saving us money. And it does this in a affordable way

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer require contractors to get signatures for us and worry that the agreement is not being summarized property. We can now for initials on what we think are the most important aspects.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Hello Sign is a very easy to use platform- you can upload any document (pdf included) and add text/initial/signature boxes where needed before emailing directly to the client with a note. It then sends you notices of when the document was viewed and signed, and can send reminders to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, sometimes I get my templates confused, but they just added a star feature so my most used ones are now on a separate page. Also you may have to manually rename documents as they get returned to you to keep them organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hello Sign to send contracts to my clients, employee paperwork to new hires, and company forms to my employees. I was using another platform that my clients did not like, but there's been no issues since switching.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is cost-efficient, quick, convenient, and easy to use! I don't sign many contracts, so HelloSign's pricing is a great value for me. I've been using HelloSign for almost 5 years and now like it more than DocuSign (even if it were the same price)! The HelloSign UX is easier for both the signature sender and recipient to use! It also has a lot of helpful tools and integrations automatically built-in. I would recommend HelloSign for any small business owner looking for an esignature platform (and many larger businesses as well)!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything major to dislike! It would be great if they would offer better contract automation, more options for bulk sending and attachments, and more document signature links included in the base price. However, I don't find these things to be a huge issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HelloSign for both my own engagement letters and for signatures on client documents. I don't have a ton of signatures every month, so HelloSign saves me money. There are a lot of built-in features and it's easy to learn how to use, so not a lot of time and effort was needed to get things set up.
