What do you like best about the product?
The product is very easy to use. At this job is the first time I've used it.

I don't dislike anything about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HelloSign for signatures on our work orders and change orders.

Most Interactive Electronic-Signature Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best & valuable feature of HelloSign is that the official documentation can be signed by the client & vendor easily remotely, easily as well as transparently with security

Dislikes feature of HelloSign is that the free trail in HelloSign wants the card information & account details

The problem of Signed the offical documents without any constraints of physical presence can be done easily with the help of HelloSign

I highly recommend others to use HelloSign Platform for signature of official documentation with security, transparency, Clearly as well as easily.
Works just like DocuSign - very easy and intuitive to use - good alternative!
What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to use, extremely intuitive, and the integration with Salesforce is great. We use HelloSign daily for sending all types of agreements and it works perfectly. It even shows a nice audit trail showing the flow of signatures/views. Another nice benefit is that it's easy to allow recipients to re-assign siganotories. You also receive notifications when someone views a contract. Lastly, a really nice feature is templates. Essentially, if you have the same type of agreement you send often, you can set up a template which will automatically pull in the required fields specific to each customer and it will automatically populate where the signatories need to fill out. It also automatically routes internally for countersignature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing the files after is sometimes difficult - at least if not going through Salesforce. In the event a client would like to view a contract while it's in flight - it's not so easy to access and download. Another downside we hear often is that our HelloSign envelopes will get caught in spam filters and our clients can't find them. I don't necessary attribute this to HelloSign but rather to our clients' email clients but still can be frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting clients to sign contracts quickly and digitally. The benefits are the speed in which we can fully execute agreements and route them for countersignature. It also keeps a nice clean record of each agreement in Salesforce attached to each opportunity for reference later. Bottom line is we save a lot of time using HelloSign while clearly tracking everything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm not sure how the pricing stacks up against DocuSign or similar products but HelloSign works VERY well - it accomplishes exactly what we need for the purpose of sending and executing contracts. The only thing that's sometimes challenging is that HelloSign envelopes can get caught in our clients' spam folders which can be frustrating at time. In their defense, I don't pin that on HelloSign but rather email clients.
Great Tool at a Great Price
What do you like best about the product?
While DocuSign and other solutions are fantastic, HelloSign offers the best functionality at the best price point for a Growth (1-500) person company requiring e-Signature. I love the easy to design templates and signer features that helped me send off my first document with 5 minutes of owning the product. Google SSO is a great feature though haven't tried the Google Docs and Drive integrations yet but they look promising.
Best for the price was sending unlimited documents for signature. DocuSign has sender limits and charges extra and was actually a factor in us leaving DocuSign at a previous company and one of my reasons for purchasing HelloSign at my next company.

What do you dislike about the product?
For what it does, there honestly isn't much to dislike. I couldn't find some information I wanted on their Audit Trail but the help desk allowed me to hunt down my questions in short order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple: Contract signature and execution. Easy to create templates and send out ad hoc signature requests in short order.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it comes down to price. I used to be a DocuSign user exclusively and the sole reason I left was due to price. I think the features are very similar.

Ease of use to sign a document real smooth and thought out end user in mind

Makes life easy when a document needs to be signed by multiple stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Google SSO malfunctions occasionally. But a hard refresh does the trick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approvals from internal stakeholders, contract signatures from customers, etc. All concerned parties can be kept in the loop once a document is signed just by CC'ing them, saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Formatting each document to obtain signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
To format preloaded templates, there are so many steps. Wish it could be one screen to view and then make changes.

Being able to connect with my clients digitally. Streamlined and seamless.
Easy, clean, and quickest way to get that sig!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has one of the easiest layouts and process flow's of any document signing service I've used. Drag and drop the document, add info area's and drag and drop where they go. It's really that easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes documents will get sent to spam but this happens with any service. Also doesn't happen too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the back and forth we face with sending over contracts and we're closing more deals as a result. Anytime there's a pain point in the sales process, it's got to be addressed or your pipeline will suffer!
Cost Effective Way to Sign Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to upload PDF files and instantly add the required areas for signatures and initials with an auto populated date. It is also legally binding when you use this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that we dislike is that if you try to use the browser when you're mobile on your phone there are sometimes issues with alignment or getting it properly uploaded/sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to use this all through Covid so that we can get a signed agreement without seeing someone in person and still keep everyone safe. Huge benefits with getting contracts moving without needing to be in person without delay.
A Game Changing Tool for our Business
What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve with how easy this tool was to learn how to use was extremely short. Even very un-tech savvy employees have fully adopted using it. I believe it is the best possible combination of price and quality of product for a small business like mine where we absolutely need the service. It has made everyone in our office's life significantly easier especially during such a difficult year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish uploading documents into the queue was just a little bit faster/easier. Sometimes the software bugs out slightly when the document is sent, but it does seem to always go through even if I get an error message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are so happy that we implemented this solution before COVID hit last year! We had a seamless transition for customers who could no longer come to our office to sign documents. It allowed us to continue to sell new business and service our existing customers with excellence and exceed their expectations during a difficult time.

I would highly recommend HelloSign to anyone considering an e-signature platform. It is simply the best bang for your buck when compared with other options and is significantly easier to use in my opinion.
