Cheap, Slow customer service, Unmentioned restrictions
What do you like best about the product?
It is cheaper compared to Docusign and is relatively easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unmentioned restrictions such as limits on people you can send it to, and how many documents you can send in 24 hours. Compound that with unavailable customer service. If you're providing such a critical enterprise solution, and you have customer service that doesn't respond in 24 hours, that is a significant killer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting others to sign and review documents virtually. I have managed to have some documents signed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If budget is not an option, consider Docusign. I cannot verify if Hellosign even has a customer service team or it's just a black hole.

Best document workflow software for sending & receiving e-signatures
What do you like best about the product?
This document signing tool is super easy to signup for and gets started for all types of users. The best feature is sending automatic alerts and reminders to all the signatories about any left unsigned document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though this software is excellent for managing mass digital signature workflows, it does not have a feature that lets users edit and correct the documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our overall experience with HelloSign has been outstanding. This software is super easy and user-friendly. We use it to sign a sales agreement with our customers digitally, saving our time, cost, and resources compared to meeting in person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Anyone looking to save their time, money, and resources while signing any documents and are familiar with working online should give a try to HellSign e-signature software. I'm sure you will become more advanced and productive while managing document workflows for signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
Editing element is an easy with drag and drop, and drop signatures, titles, organizational sections, and therefore more. Some other thing I like most is the opportunity to include relevant team members and other project stakeholders in creative processes. I finally like the feature of having to be informed to sign documents and a daily recap to stay on what I've been signing each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of making the document or template available for everyone to reuse is currently seems a bit cumbersome and complicated. What's the other thing I dislike about the sign-on request box? If there were text editing capabilities with the optional statement and title, I would definitely use it. Apart from that, the software is quite straightforward and easy to just use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign enables me to rapidly create a document and then distribute it to all of my email contacts. Although sharing templates mostly with my coach and reusing them are both difficult, they save me a huge amount of time. Instead, HelloS freed me from the requirement of being on the CC team. So many members can be added to my team as I want now.

Effective platform for virtual contract signing
What do you like best about the product?
I love using HelloSign because it's simple and my customers appreciate it. As part of my agency's effort to create new client relationships and maintain existing ones, we created several contracts on a daily basis. This required a lot of time and effort from me and my clients; having to upload documents, manually sign, scan, and send them by email. If the client had a varying suggestion, we would have to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seriously, it's a walk in the park even though there are things about it that bug me. However, just because it works well on the iPad doesn't mean it should be impossible to use on mobile phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign has made the process of working with clients a lot less frustrating. First, the client now has a reminder tool to help them remember it. Second, it eliminates the requirement that the customer must be present in person. It can be done on the computer without any effort from their end. It does away with the cost of printing, signing, scanning, and repeating the process for the customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to spend less time on administrative tasks but improve your efficiency, you can rely on HelloSign. You will be surprised at how much money you'll save. We definitely are!
Simple to use to submit signature electronically
What do you like best about the product?
I like editing a document easily accessible. The software is simple to use and makes sending documents easy. I like how it records the people we've used and makes it possible for us to submit documents efficiently. I really value the email it sends out, since it encourages us and investors to collect their signature. I would like to know how we can work together as a team to see all the documents submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I forget to choose the right individual for each category so that it will be easier to pick. The creation of a text is often difficult to manage. I have been having a hard time editing and sometimes I have a mistake and I can't delete the document so it was difficult for me. I think the editing part is the biggest problem I have, then I would recommend just how to make absolutely sure that this is an quick reason to bring and drop while editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier for investors to submit documents to ensure they are all registered. These have contributed to the pace at which contracts are signed and done in a good way. Downloading the pdf and saving it for your own records is also simple.

In order to add signatures to papers, I would suggest that it is often harder to do this.

The better the overall user experience and the easier to learn, the quicker and more intuitive the system signing is. Maintaining an audit trail is as simple as finding the documents that were available in the past and reading them because of its always easy-to-use and easy-to-follow interface. We provide integration with Word, DropBox, and Google Drive for convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't fit my needs. I subscribe for a plan when I require more than three documents per month.

I wanted an inexpensive method to allow others to sign documents in order to use on my behalf. I now sign almost everything with this.

Electronic signature signing can save you a lot of time and effort by avoiding the hassle of talking to users directly. If you don't have to see the client to get the signatures, you don't have to use an appointment. We highly encourage you to purchase this product.
Simple to use it for transmitting and inserting fingerprints or authorizing
What do you like best about the product?
When anyone opens or saw my text, I liked the e-mail updates. It was really useful to keep aware of which one the prototype was sent and who we may have received the incorrect email. Every day I still wanted to receive a letter that still had to be signed by people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wished I would simultaneously submit a model to many people. I will have to replicate the process of entry and submit the prototype to a collection of individuals, instead of delivering the template in bulk simultaneously. It took a bit of time, but it was always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With large contracts and monitoring, HelloSign save me years of manual. These are times I can focus on those items, such as my market development and customer service.

This is a fantastic product if you need a range of individuals to sign something. It becomes much simpler to fill the request and get it scanned, signed and downloaded one after another. I save time. That's just what HelloSign do differently. It's all about conserving energy.

Great solution for small business electronic signing needs

So far I haven't seen anything that is a deal breaker...it would be nice to have a working preview so I can see what in the form may or may not work the way intended. There have been forms I've had to resend once I go through signing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to sign documents without having to be in the same room or come into contact with other people. That is super important in this covid world.

I've compared hello sign with other online signing systems and it is well priced while also having great features.
