What do you like best about the product?
Convenient and I would continnue to use this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have found this product to be very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperless, it is better than carrying lose papers around all day.

We use Hello Sign to speed the process of getting several signatures on documents.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and intuitive to use. You receive updates whenever someone looks or signs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I prepare the document but I need to exit the program because I did not have the correct signers to start with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get the signatures faster and people don't have to print, sign, scan, and email.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to upload my contracts and identify sections for initials and signatures

I have not found anything I have disliked about this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was previously scanning in every contract and email it to each client for signature which also required the client to print, sign, scan and email back. Now, all my client has to do is provide their e-signature. Much faster and more professional
As a Realtor we have a Free Document signing program but I use Hellosign - I love it
What do you like best about the product?
As a Realtor we have a Free Document signing program but I use Hellosign - I love it. Hellosign is much more user friendly than our sponsored program. I pay for Hello sign because one of the biggest challenges of going paperless is having your old fashioned or non techy clients be able to use a digital signing product easily and without any technological difficulty. As we know, if someone cant figure out the system, we have to drive over there or snail mail paper copies. I have not had one client not be able to use the Hello Sign process. You will love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
would like a separate icon list for each signing party generated for the document. The only annoyance I have is having to change the signor several times throughout the document, I would like to just be able to click and drag whomever signs there and what I need them to do.

I am signing contracts and documents for real estate transactions

Use hello sign. You wont go back to your original software!
HelloSign is just easy
What do you like best about the product?
I've used it both for filling out new hire paperwork when I was onboarding, as well as creating and sharing document templates with others. It's always been really easy to use, and is definitely an improvement over collecting hard copies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike, but if I had any feedback, I'd say some minor UI tweaks, like an option for a tile view vs list view of template links or documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really easy to send out necessary forms that need signatures, and I appreciate the immediate email notifications when a document has been viewed or signed.

The fact it is available ,organized and easy to execute make this a necessity in everyday dealing saves me a huge amount of time expediting signatures for compliance,

it sometimes reacts slowly and requires repetitive strokes to execute

the issue with sign off is really time related going to the bank or notary etc is quite time consuming

I use it for personal use and it has saved me incredible amounts of time in refinancing (legal docs), applications for various items (charities, coaching duties) and anything that requires the sig of either me or my spouse.
The integrations with both Gmail and Evernote are fantastic time savors.

Clean up the state/status/workflow component of the tool, perhaps chevron or bread crumbs.
Also, as I often want to import, sign and export it would be ideal to focus on the use case where people want to sign and exit quickly rather than trying to find the Download option, which is not easy to see.

What do you like best about the product?
The process of adding documents requiring eSignatures is extremely fast and simple. The HelloSign team have provided a well-considered method in which to add documents (either from local machines or cloud-based services like Google Docs, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive and OneDrive) and, depending your account type, with the option of using templates for frequent file types. Equally so, assigning signatories and defining what and where within the document they need to sign is a very quick and easy process.
On receipt of the document, the user process - from opening to signing - is excellent, with all actions appended as an audit trail to the document which becomes legally binding. Perfect for my company which does much of its work with remote companies.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only (minor) gripe relates to email security. When sending a document out to two or more prospective signatories, I have witnessed emails intended for one recipient being forwarded to another. This is a potentially compromising situation and I would encourage more clarity within HelloSign's generic email message (although, to be fair, a basic message is already presented within the recipient's email) but maybe to consider a methodology which mitigates the risk of such private documents being made accessible to unintended parties, i.e. email accounts or domains which do not match the original recipient's address. I realise this may not be HelloSign's issue, but a gateway page may be prudent (which is presented only from email clicks to users who are not already logged in and/or registered)?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run an digital agency serving many overseas customers. I use HelloSign to present a wide range of documents from initial proposals through to legal agreements and creative/development approval forms. No longer do we need to wait hours or days for clients to sign-off on work or put them through the headache of printing, signing, scanning, and re-sending documents we require their signatures on. HelloSign's service is legal and binding and we have adopted this as our preferred online eSignature solution. The added bonus is having visibility when documents are being opened and by which recipient. Most importantly, all involved parties are afforded peace of mind. This has helped us to improve relationships with existing customers and expedites arrangements with new.
Need I also mention the environmental considerations this presents simply by circumventing document printing? Great work, HelloSign.

AS a small UK accountant, I frequently have the need to get clients to approve documents online.
We have used alternatives in the past but find the simple HelloSign userface is easy and straightforward for both ourselves and our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to figure out, easy to use, and my clients like using it too. It's easy to have a meeting of the minds when using this tool.

I dislike that it verifies me switching between accounts approximately 4 to five times and then all the clicking necessary to change between date, signature, text, ect. But that is because I am on a MAC and I'm spoiled.
