HelloSign
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features are the email notifications of when someone has viewed the documents that have been sent and that the documents are stored online even after they have been signed. With these features, we can keep track of the entire process, making it easier to keep track of everything we have sent..
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates are offered, but not very useful for the type of business that we use this produce for, maybe if there was an option to create the template from scratch, it would work better for our company. Other than that everything works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting signatures is much easier this way, clients can review and sign documents right from their phones. Knowing that the client has viewed the documents helps us know when to follow up, making it easier to stay on top of things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
this is an excellent product, it is very secure to send and receive important, legal binding documents. Very easy to upload files, to assign people to sign separate documents if needed; there is also an option to cc another party even if they don't need to sign a document.

What do you like best about the product?
I have my own consulting business and find Hello Sign invaluable for easy contract signing - neither customers nor I have to deal with the print/sign/scan/email hassle. Also use for filling out info on PDFs when I don't have the soft copy and want to quickly send to others or also get their feedback on certain sections. Intuitive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like ability to provide feedback on documents without signing; even better if there could be a dynamic native version review and group change with audit trail... I'd recommend to clients doing version control documentation review/sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy contract signing.

I think they have done the best with user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still need an experienced developer to handle API integration so you can use it to power a website.

Getting contracts fully executed. Having busy executives actually sign docs quickly
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely sign up for the free trial. The mobile app is not great, but the ability to sign while walking down the street is great and the integration with Drive is also very convenient.

I love that I dont use paper, dont contribute to the environmental damages at least this way. its fast and really easy, and archived immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes its not working from gmail, even I have the extension (chrome)

it would be great if it immediately used my signature as default, less clicks.
HelloSign is a great program.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I don't have to worry about how my documents are handled. The documents are sent out and returned with absolutely zero problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't had any issues with any documents since signing up for HelloSign.

We have contracts that are sent out to be signed, and once they are signed, then we are able to automate copying the file to the client file.

I would highly recommend this product.
In this modern world, Hellosign has saved me so many hours that I can't count!
What do you like best about the product?
Email updates on status of document(s) awaiting signature. And I love the ability to remind people that they haven't signed documents. Also, storing the documents there for future retrieval is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of ShareFile with HelloSign has not worked too well. I anticipated I could put a document into my ShareFile portal for clients, investors, regulatory documents and then would be able to click on a drop-down menu "obtain signature." So in one short bit of time I could transmit documents through ShareFile AND get signatures without having to copy the dox to HelloSign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm the solving a long-time business problem that comes with CPA practices: Getting the tax returns to the clients and gathering their signatures. Using HelloSign, it's very doable.,

HelloSign is a game changer for electronic contract siggning
What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless and easy it is to coordinate agreement signings with clients all over the world! The process literally takes minutes from choosing your template to sending signature requests to clients. Also, it makes you appear more professional to prospective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the template feature because it's not as intuitive to setup and use. I can't seem to figure out how to make adjustments to the template easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract signing. I've realized the benefits of convenience and managing client contracts all in one space. I'm able to send a message with instructions to clients, have them sign their contracts, and send reminders all inside of the same dashboard. And, I really like how I can maintain my contract records inside of HelloSign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When using HelloSign, it's better to upgrade to the paid option so that you can enjoy unlimited contracts and the template feature. While the free version is perfect for startups, the paid version is really useful when your business has multiple contracts to manage.
HelloSign solved a problem and simplified my life.
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has eliminated almost all of my need for a fax machine. It makes it easy to fill out forms and sign documents without the hassle of printing. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it's a hassle to place the text blocks correctly on a long form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign gives me faster turnaround of contracts, NDAs, and other documents.

If you're still faxing, or if you are frustrated by adobe, check it out.
Hello sign is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, nice interface, inexpensive compared to panda doc. I like that i can upload my own documents easily to be signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creates new document when you edit one. So i may have multiple documents for one client that i need to go in and delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get my contracts signed quickly so i can obtain payment and start workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product does have less features, but it is perfect for moving a sale along quickly.
HelloSign changed our entire Application Process!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to see when a client has viewed the document. It let's our sales team know that the lead is hot; the documents are being review...and we should call them asap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that HelloSign doesn't always catch the blank fields created from Adobe on a form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've noticed that clients are returning the documents within minutes...hours...days. NOT WEEKS!
