I use HelloSign with my virtual clients
What do you like best about the product?
I love HelloSign because there is no need in faxing over contracts and wasting paper. It's so easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find anything that I dislike about HelloSign
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One business problem that I am solving is that I don't have to worry about having a fax, paper, etc. or bother with unnecessary paper!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend HelloSign because it is so simply to use and it saves so much on unnecessary paperwork and emailing back and forth!

Positive experience. HelloSign is my preferred choice of requesting employer's document signature.

I like how intuitive it is to use for employers.

I dislike that this product is not HIPAA compliant.

Ease of use & functionality is the best I've seen in the industry so far. Price is competitive also.

Quick E-Signatures save time in a busy world. Time is so precious.

Contracts For a Digital World
What do you like best about the product?
The HelloSign is an awesome idea! Signing documents on all platforms is very easy! Tracking documents in the 'signature process' is a pretty cool feature. Once document is signed, I can electronically file and don't have to worry about losing the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version does not allow for in person signatures and I've noticed there are format issues when going to HelloSign from a GoogleDocs file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the contract signing process simply and trying to use less paper
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! I use the free version and it meets my requirements. There is a paid (unlimited) version with more features
Great product could not work without it!

Pure simplicity and easy to understand. It provides total traceability and great for managing documentation for a large amount of staff and clients

Filling in set forms is difficult / impossible

Try it, it is easy and works brilliiantly. I could not recommend using this product enough. The reminders you can send out to get your documents signed is brilliant!
Hello sign has made a long process easy
What do you like best about the product?
Templates make the system easy to use. Contracts can be sent and signed from a phone. Great notifications process too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little to be critical about. Hello sign works well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts are signed with ease. No paperwork being exchanged by post, everything is completely electronic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integrates with Dropbox and logs a copy of the document in a signed folder. Great control, perfect audit process too.
Why I haven't been able to live without Hellosign
What do you like best about the product?
It works across multiple devices + platforms. I can sign in from my phone, upload to google drive, while I'm on the go, on someone else's computer...
What do you dislike about the product?
The google sign-in gets clunky, since I use multiple email accounts and have to sign things that are coming in through multiple email flows (personal and work and my other work) it sometimes gets quite confusing to navigate them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a venture capitalist, so I am solving the enormous amount of paperwork that is created in having to review and sign many, many documents.

Why sign a physical document ever again... Integrated with google drive and other google products...
Makes the process of getting a signature super easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign has a really seamless flow from uploading a document to signature. Whereas before I needed to print, sign and scan a document, now I can do all of that in my inbox. Truly one of those tools I don't know what I did before it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application sometimes struggles in slow internet situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes filling out forms, signing contracts and getting other people to sign forms so much faster. Which has been a real advantage for our sales team in getting contracts back.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to work electronically without needing to print and scan documents. I also love being able to share documents with such ease. The tight integration with google documents makes this even better!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I would change, as the interface is clear and perfect for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can do more things while away from my office, which has been incredibly helpful, especially when on the road, working in different time zones and in places without ready access to printers.

How easy it is to sign a document in gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in GMail it freezes and I can't send the document

Signing docs quickly. It save me 15 minutes per document.
