Great service, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
An easy way to get contracts signed with minimal fuss

There is not a lot I dislike to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contracts signed very quickly and easily with vendors and clients across the globe.

Super user Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
We have several documents going out for signatures every day. After having hello Sign onboarding back in early 2020, lots of back and for between signatories dramatically reduced. The tabs and features built within HelloSign are super user-friendly and easy to put documents together and make it ready for user sign. During this Pandemic, Hello Sign saved tons of time and get our documents signed quickly when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost and envelope charges. Often need to change packages due to increased volume of documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Send multiple documents within various signatories swiftly.

It's easy to navigate and really enjoy being able to see the progress of when people sign (from just clicking link to actually signing and finalizing their contract)
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to dislike, there are sometimes when people will have issues but nothing that can't be resolved easily.

Having a reliable place to have things signed and documented

a couple of times I have run into an email address that HelloSign would not deliver to.

Document readability, above and beyond all. Social distancing, as well.

Ease of use. This is the most simple and straightforward signing application I've used (and I've tried a few). It's not over-engineered and provides exactly what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
After over a year of use, I've found nothing I dislike about the application.

Hellosign not only proves a quick and easy solution to getting documents signed, but it also helps you follow-up on unsigned documents and tracks document workflow.

Easy electronic signature solution
What do you like best about the product?
It has been cost effective and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conversion of documents to PDFs for signature seems to take longer than some other solutions, but not a major issue.

We use HelloSign for electronic execution of SaaS agreements with customers.

My clients and customers have no problem with the interface. This is critically important! I also love the audit trail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their billings plans don't quite work for me. I sign up for the monthly subscription for the rare months when I need more than 3 documents. If they had a lower-priced (and even featured) plan, I'd happily pay it every month.

Collecting traceable signatures w/ audit trails for investments and contracts. Saves time by keeping everything digital, legible, traceable.

Sometimes things get a little glitchy when using the Google docs add-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a low cost option for sending signing documents and sending them to others for signatures. I pretty much use it for anything that requires a signature.
We love hellosign. It is a very efficient program!
What do you like best about the product?
It is a quick smooth process to get signatures. We have used hellosign for multiple signature requirements within our company.Many of our customers prefer an online route for any signatures that we require from them. As a team, we have come to prefer and rely upon using Hellosign for signing requirements beyond customer contracts. We have utilized hellosign for in-house contracts, as well. We have found that many institutions accept esignatures in the place of in person signatures.It is an easy and preferred route to take. We recommend HelloSign to any consumer who would like an easy and efficient way to utilize an online route to obtaining signatures from required parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything that we do not like about the Hello Sign program. We are happy with this e-signing program. The only issue that would come up would be if there was an issue uploading our pdfs. This is usually rectified by re-uploading, if there was a glitch in our system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have customers sign project virtually and be able to process projects faster. This removes the need to meet with the customer in person for contract signings. This has been very convenient during this COVID19 pandemic. Since people request little to no contact, being able to do everything in a virtual/online manner has increased our customer satisfaction . It has helped to stabilize our business during this COVID19 pandemic time when we are focused on being uber careful to fulfill the utmost satisfaction and care as we navigate this year and the last year. Overall, we have had no major issues and have found the process to be very convenient. So, we would recommend the product to coworkers, other businesses, friends and family.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They should consider that it is a very useful program to ask for signatures electronically and without in person contact required. It will alleviate the need to schedule appointments with customers to obtain all signature requirements. We recommend this product to all consumers. This has been very helpful to us and moving forward, we prefer this route to other signature routes that people use.
Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
The multiple field type options, the send reminder feature and automatic reminder that is also sent and set singing order. Hello Sign has improved business operations 10 fold, Not only are we happy that we implemented this, our clients are super happy and very pleased at the tool and it's ease of use.
The options are endless with this tool. It has the ability to also be integrated into to many other areas of your business as well. We had it linked to our dropbox which allowed out to use the Hello Sign feature directly from there.

What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes are abysmal. I can't think of one issue I've had with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Benefits being that it could continue to help to grow my business by being a marketing tool to potential clients. The fact that we do things digital especially for those who may not have printing capabilities. We like to be inclusive and not box people out. This has been magnificent in a pandemic world.
