User-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
A powerful electronic signature solution built to help users send, sign, and manage documents using various devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make it more mobile-friendly. Steps to sign should be more explicit and clear for the users who are are not tech-savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cannot send bulk requests.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy HelloSign is to use to create contracts and how easy it is for my clients to open up and just sign
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to trigger a work flow in Active Campaign.

Creating contracts easily and having contracts that our clients and employees can easily digitally sign

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is extremely user friendly, easy to learn and quick to utilize/convert documents. My clients have had no issues signing and getting time sensitive documents back to me in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. I have used a few other similar services and find this one to be the best overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign gives me instant access to my clients consent through realtime signatures no matter their location. This has allowed my team to submit offers in a more timely manner, resulting in more accepted offers and completed transactions.

Love hellosign! It has made contract management so much easier & enables us to go paperless easily
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, to navigate. Enables us to go paperless and still have accurate and secure documents. The Documents section is great as it is easy to see what has been sent out for signatures and what has been signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new platform took a bit to get used to but it is still easy to use. I really don't have any complaints about Hellosign
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to make membership signing up a lot easier, and able to send out the contracts via email once the member has decided on which package they wish to go with. It has been especially beneficial during COVID where in-person meetings are prohibited.

It's very easy to use. I often send the same form to multiple people, so their Template Link function works perfectly for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could batch export multiple documents of the same type (from same template) that have been signed. Other than that, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the wake of COVID, we had a need to digitize our forms so that people didn't have to physically place their hands on pen/paper. This has worked really well and actually sped things up for us at our registration/reception. We can force people to fill in all fields on a form, so all we really need to do now is verify that they did the form and we know they are good to go.

Hellosign is very easy to use. Everybody got used to the system veru quickly.

We do not have any dislikes. HelloSign has worked great for us

It is a lot easier for us to send documents electronically so that our clients don't need to come into the office just to sign documents.

10/10 would recommend if you need a document signed by a client

What do you like best about the product?
I chose HelloSign for my company needs because it was cheaper than other providers, and because I would be able to send an unlimited amount of signatures per month. My business doesn't require contract signing every month, so we needed a more flexible e-signature service, one that would allow a fluctuation in the number of contracts. HelloSign met that need at an affordable cost.
The platform is simple and very easy to use. The reminders are perfect too. It saves me so much time that it is worth paying the yearly fee so that I don't have to chase people to sign contracts.

Some minor areas of improvement would be automating the name field for signature since once I add the signature field, the system should already know the name of the signer.
Another idea is possibly allowing us to save email templates on the email message box.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote team, with staff and providers spread out across the world. HelloSign makes document signing faster because the system automates reminders, sends the document to the next person to sign, communicates via email. It is like having a personal assistant for collecting signatures.
