Document Management for Graphic Designers

  • June 26, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of working in teams of collaborators where elements must be shared and/or worked on by several people or collaborators. Being able to have your files synchronized on different devices, iPads, or via the web is a great advantage for providing solutions from remote work.
We use it daily for the department's functions, it is easy to configure, you choose the folders you need to have physically on your device and which ones you only want to be in the web version, they offer support solutions in case of difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some disadvantages may include redundancy or files that may be in conflict when synchronizing teams, as if two people happen to be handling documents, a conflict copy error message may appear, where it saves two versions of the file.
Also, a limitation is the limited number of links or accesses that can be shared with the people you want to have access to a team work folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We share documents with suppliers, clients, printing companies, design agencies, among others. With Dropbox, we can send them the files through links so they can download complete campaigns, or videos, or PDFs for review. It is an integral tool for operation.

It has an intuitive interface and it's reliable syncing gives me peace of mind knowing that my files are always backed up and can be accessed from any of my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside of Dropbox is the limited storage on the free tier plan - it can fill up rather quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me solve my storage and back up needs. It allows me to access my files from any of my devices, and that is a great benefit for balancing my time and resources throughout my day.

Documents can be dragged and dropped for easy access.

Seamless File Sharing for Teams and Individuals

  • June 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes file sharing and collaboration incredibly simple. I love how files automatically sync across devices, and the shared folder system is intuitive for working with both internal teams and external partners. The version history has saved me more than once, and the integration with tools like Slack and Zoom makes it even more useful in a remote work setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, Dropbox is reliable, but the storage limits on free plans can be restrictive, especially for users who just need a bit more space. Occasionally, the sync process can be slow with large files or when switching between multiple accounts. It would also be helpful if Dropbox offered more advanced permission controls for shared folders without needing to upgrade to a higher-tier business plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the challenge of securely storing, sharing, and collaborating on files across distributed teams.
Before using Dropbox, we struggled with version control and scattered documents across different tools. Now, everything is centralized, and team members can easily access the latest files from anywhere. This has improved our workflow efficiency, reduced miscommunication, and saved time during project coordination.
