Better than the rest!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create documents and send. Great pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients sometimes have issues finding the email or signing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The recipients sometimes have issues with signing the documents or the layout of the document. Also, it periodically gets marked as spam.

Signing NDA's in a very easy ans transparebt way. But remais a question of its value untiil we have a dispute i think

Read the template and use it well according your lawyer recommendations

What do you like best about the product?
I love the four simple steps to start and complete a "transaction". login, pick a document, type a name and email address, pick where the signature should go, then send with a note...easy peasy
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out how to change the date format. I'm not even sure if it's possible. This would be a nice feature as some of the documents I work with use specific date formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The signatures for documents that haven't been "digitized" on the platforms I work with. As we're moving closer to being paperless, there are some that still require print, signing and scanning then emailing.

It is easy to upload and use hello sign. You can get up to 3 valid digital signatures per month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess anything could be less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get documents signed for real estate transactions. I can upload templates for frequently used documents

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HelloSign is how it's so easy to use, for me and for my clients. I lead a PR practice and we are constantly generating contracts for new and existing clients. The old way of executing these contracts meant a lot of extra work for both me and my clients - downloading documents, manually signing them, scanning them, then sending them as email attachments. And if a client wanted something in a contract changed, we had to do this process all over again.
I have even used HelloSign in my personal life to share documents with my bank and mortgage company. We were refinancing our mortgage during the pandemic and our mortgage loan officer was working from home. Because of this, we weren't allowed to mail paper documents to them. Hellosign made it easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides or anything I don't like about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign saves me hours of time with contract renewals and management. These are hours I can spend on other things, like growing my business and servicing clients.
It's get the job done
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create templates and/or a link allows to send out forms quicker. It's simple and for the most part easy to use. I like that HelloSign has continued to add new features. Pricing is fair compared to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of follow-through from the support team when I experienced issues with one of my templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting important legal documents signed in a timely manner, and secure manner.

Being able to see the progress of someone signing like when they looked at it when they opened it, when they signed and all that kind of information, and also when someone signs it gives them an email copy for their record if need be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to put the NDAs into folders so they can be organized into groups for different tests that are going on because currently, it is kind of a mess having them all in one single mass on the page. I believe having something how DocuSign folder system would be very beneficial for not just our selves but everyone trying to organize their documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having participants sign NDAs virtually and not on paper and wasting paper and also the fact that we're online it's the best option.
Wonky at first, but now I have the hang of it.

Pretty simple to use once you know what text boxes to grab.

I didn't/couldn't find much training on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are swiftly getting documents turned around, such as NDA's and Order Agreements. The benefits have been faster closing deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We only have 1 user license of the solution, so it would be nice if we could store more templates, but it is a pretty easy to use solution.

How easy it was to use from the first time I signed up. No tutorials needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly it’s so easy, there really isn’t anything I dislike. It does what you want it to. Maybe make mobile a little easier to use - on iPad it doesn’t work too well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Elimination of time consuming contract signatures. No need for hard copy in person signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is quick, easy, and fast to use! The interface is really simple to use and set up. I like that you are able to edit everything and anything on the contracts. Hellosign has made a lot it easier to close deals. It gets rid of clients having to print, sign, and scan (which to be honest, made everything inconvenient).
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see a preview of the contract as we're filling it out with the information. It can get confusing by just following the text and our nicknames for the blank text slots. Besides that, I think it is a pleasant service to use - everything is clear and laid out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have noticed that HelloSign has made it much easier to follow up with clients for contracts. Firstly, because there is a reminder tool. Secondly, because there is no need for the client to physically sign the contract. They can just automatically do it from their computer. It gets rid of clients having to print, sign, and scan.
