HelloSign is Saving Me a Lot of Time and Money
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign was the exact service I was looking for to help me and my clients electronically sign documents and agreements. No more printing and scanning. Everything was easy to set up and create. I can make my own templates or create customized documents. I was able to make my first
document in minutes and was able to send that immediately to podcast guests and clients. For years, I was struggling and getting frustrated sending documents to my clients and going back and forth with scanning and printing. With HelloSign, I can do everything from my desktop or mobile device. The amount of time HelloSign is saving me is time I get back to focus on other areas of my business and myself.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that the NEXT button appears at the top of the page and not where the work is happening on the screen. I wish the NEXT button would appear a little lower where my eyes are working on the document and interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign is saving me time and money. Plus, my clients immediately sign their documents and get them back to me. Gone are the days of scanning, printing and multiple emails. Plus, once my client has signed their agreement, they already have a signed copy of the document. I don't need to email them with a fully executed agreement. It helps add another professional dimension to my business.

If you are looking to save time, improve efficiency and take your business to the next level, HelloSign needs to be a part of it. You'll be amazed how much you are saving.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it was to navigate through each step. Plus, come back and add another person to sign the document. Very affordable!

Getting my clients to sign their sale agreements in a more efficient matter. The benefits were the cost of HelloSign than other websites.all
Super easy to obtain signatures!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it integrates with DropBox and that it is so simple and easy to set documents up for e-signature. I've never had a client call to complain or be confused when they get an email to sign a form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a payroll company that's completely paperless. Before HelloSign I required clients to print, sign and then scan a form back to me, which was contradictory to my paperless practice. This also slowed down my onboarding process. Now I use Hello Sign for this document, as well as POA's, state tax forms, and even employee documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use DropBox and have any documents that require signatures, this is a no-brainer. Your clients/customers/employees will thank you for it!

Hello Sign is a Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to collect signatures online on a HIPAA-compliant platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to have the client fill out the forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When my office closed during the pandemic, I still needed a way for clients to sign paperwork without coming into the office. With HelloSign, I am able to get signatures online in a way that is compliant with HIPAA. That is important for my business.
Hellosign makes our work so much easier and delightful.

I like that i get a notification of when i am getting a form signed to my email. So i am aware of it being done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - i like everything about Hellosign.

Getting our orientation paperwork, lease agreements signed so much quicker and neater than before.

I prefer HelloSign to any other solution we've tried! The fact that users don't need an account to sign the document is super great. Easy to set up, visually appealing.

the fact that i can send out as many documents for signatures. (unlimited) and its affordable compared to Docusign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am limited to only 5 saved templates, so I do save the most important ones I use daily and the other I use as a one time send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time stamped and frequent reminders to signers until it gets signed by everyone it saves me the time of having to keep re-sending my self.

Honestly you cant beat the price & its easy to use!
The best way to get signatures for online documents
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and easy to use. There isn’t a limit on how many documents you can send and it streamlines the process with templates
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI isn’t the prettiest but that’s splitting hair. I genuinely don’t have really any negatives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My past problems were limits of how many documents I can send in a month. If I sent one with my old way of getting electronic signatures and my client decides not to sign for whatever reason then I have one less client and one less document I could send. Hello sign doesn’t have any limits on that and it has really benefited my business. As well as the template aspects. My documents are now streamlined and can be done in minutes.
Decent tool, support needs improvements

Intuitive UI, works for what it was designed for
What do you dislike about the product?
Some documents fail to upload, when I reached out to support, it took a month going back and forth to try to figure it out, the issue was never resolved and I have used my personal DocuSign account to send out the document since we needed to get things going.
