What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to upload a pdf, set up fields and have people sign. I can have a new form up and running in five minutes.
The site is very intuitive. I can find my way around it and get things done without any hassle.

No downsides yet. Everything looks good.

I needed an easy way to have clients review and sign contracts.
HelloSign is such a gift to my business!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is so user friendly! I love being able to upload my personalized contracts for each of my clients. From there, HelloSign makes it easy to add and adjust different text boxes so that I can gather the information and signatures I need. HelloSign gives me the peace of mind I need in running my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I don't mind uploading my contracts each time, I do wish there was a better template feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm so thankful that HelloSign turns my contract into one that is legally binding. HelloSign is offering my business additional protection and security.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a current Hello sign user and have been using this for a few months now. It makes your job of getting the contracts signed super easy. You simply upload your contract, assign people to sign, and send it over. It's as simple as that. Thanks again hello sign for making my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike, but if you could add an auto-reminder feature then it would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing on the go. No need to print, manually sign and scan, and email. Everything is done electronically.
Small business owner using HelloSign for contracts
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign gives me a way to send out hundreds of proposals a year. I was using a different service but I exceeded the number of documents I was allowed to send.
What do you dislike about the product?
One observation. As far as I can tell, HelloSign only provides electronic signatures, not digital signatures. There are times when I need to provide a digital signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I realized that I could use an electronic signature (rather than a digital signature), I subscribed to HelloSign. This move is saving me hundreds of dollars per year.

Ease of use, intuitive for person on receiving end.

Sometimes the Hello Sign emails end up in spam.

I can easily send contracts for signature so my efficiency has improved tremendously.
We use Dropbox Sign for all our contracts!

I know all my documents are in one place and executed. It also reminds me when documents not signed are still outstanding. It also makes it super easy for the clients!

I wish it had a feature I could easily store all the files in my drive folder or make it easier for sorting and searching. Create an in-app folder system

It's simple to use-- even a caveman can do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about it. They don't spam my email. They're easy to use-- intuitive. 10/10.

It's super easy to use and I can get docs signed quickly and easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a non-complex solution for sending documents to be signed, this is it. It connects to everything, you can upload templates to be filled out and used repeatedly or documents to use once. You can sign right on your phone or upload a photo of your signature. Everything is just... simple.

would be nice to have more than one possible recipient or at least a CC option . Some of the fields should expand for longer text
