Love it
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, follow up notifications are helpful, better than docusign by a significant margin. It keeps me organized and allows me to easily find and search fo signed documents. No more searching endlessly for things that I can't find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like -- HelloSign really is awesome. I do wish that the mobile app offering was more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since COVID, I've switched all signatures over to digital signatures. In addition to making it significantly easier for the signers, it's much easier for me to stay organized and HelloSign makes it easy to find / reference documents whenever I need them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Choose HelloSign over competitors, particularly Docusign.

Efficient Collaborative Signing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Timely and easy to use signing tool. Easy to pass between multiple parties. I love the ability to be able to request signatures in a specific order. In our line of work, this is a must! The software is easy to use even for the technologically challenged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates, while welcomed, can change too frequently causing you to have to adjust your method every so often. Not a deal breaker, but can be a pain-point for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing this software daily to get signatures for Contract Documentation as well as Time Cards and other documentation requiring signatures, dates, text boxes, initials, etc. We can quickly pass between our office, our sales representatives and our clients with very little effort.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used a couple different applications for digital signature capture, and HelloSign is superior to others I have used. Easy to capture multiple signatures within and/or outside your organization. I am a huge fan of the fact you can access via web browser, so there is no need for installing software. You can easily login from a computer of cellular device or tablet. The integration on multiple platforms makes it accessible for employees in the office, working from home, or in the field. HelloSign keeps us all on the same page, including email updates to ensure all parties that require signature are notified adequately. If you want an easy-to-use, online application, I would highly recommend HelloSign.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely intuitive, has a great user experience, and integrates seamlessly with Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can recommend is the pricing model. I've had the single user account for some time but when I looked at adding a new member of my team to my business account, the suggested pricing jumped substantially, which I was surprised with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eases the pain of obtaining signatures on various documents relating to my business. The flow of automation is fantastic and works every single time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used DocuSign and other competitive platforms and nothing comes close to the ease of use and overall user experience as HelloSign.
Best Digital Contract and Agreement Document EVER!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, the ability to save templates, create templates, and send completed contracts to all my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to create or edit the forms in the program itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual contracts and agreements
Great e-signing platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It's affordable and easy to use. You can easily walk a customer or client through the process. Has saved a lot of time and expedited our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there is limited functionality when it comes to templates. You should be able to have a specific document as a template where the person or party signing is different every time. Additionally there is no way to save templates or canned responses when sending a message with document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to do in person disbursements. Even before the COVID pandemic we had several complaints from clients that they had to come in person to sign a 2 page document and pick up their checks. Now we can send their check via UPS overnight and have the documents we need signed in minutes. Much quicker and easier for both parties.
Easy and professional!
What do you like best about the product?
Would always reccomend HelloSign to colleagues and clients. I get great feedback on how professional and easy to use it is and I'm always converting my clients to sign up because of how much I enjoy using it as an e-signing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Both the free and paid for versions have been great for my changing needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly being able to get e-signitures back from clients on agreements and contracts. And of course gentle reminders when signers need a nudge.

Fast and straightforward experience to sign any agreements. Also, the UX/UI was updated recently to make an experience been better

Nothin. Overall it has been a great experience

Great Service! Everything you need in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
It's well organized and allows you to keep track of everything you're working on. The analytics are the best part of the software!
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to log out sometimes, but it's not too much of a bother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email tracking feature is very useful for sales - it helps connection rates to potential new business drastically!

What do you like best about the product?
How easy the platform is to use. The different color blocks for each signature and the easy to follow instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it just doesn't work for me and my team. Can be for days at a time. One page can take forever to load when WiFi is working fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not necessarily any problems. It makes virtual signing a breeze. It's easy for us to send official documents and get them signed in no time.
