GREAT Business Resource!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease, the way it allows our small business to have that big business feel at a fraction of the cost of other sites! It's user friendly, easy to learn, easy to navigate and easy to set it up with our own branding. It's easy to integrate into our systems which just adds to the overall great aspects of this program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it if it would email out contracts to customers and say that they are from our company rather than hello sign. We have had a few customers who've gotten confused by that. It would also be nice if we were able to create different templates for different reasons but have those email descriptions set so they can not be changed if that makes sense. I.e. a sales template with certain wording, and then also offer letter templates with their own set wording in the email description.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of sending our contracts, the process is seamless. So much easier to have the virtual signature process rather than having to take contracts to have them signed and then scanning them into our system and having to go and set appointments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out, but take the time to train your staff, your customers and to set it up right. Test it before you go live so that you understand the process from both ends and will be able to confidently teach it to your staff and your customers.

Easy and Reliable - Great Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
It's perfect to set up a Document to send to Clients to sign on any Device even on the Phone which makes it perfect to Edit Documents while working on the Phone or Tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been working for more than 1 year with HelloSign and it is perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important benefit is be able to edit add fields to sign documents in less than 1 hour and send to my Clients or Business Partner.
The log at the end of the document is perfect review of when the Client read the Document or how many times has viewed it before signing the Agreement or Document

Easy way to get documents signed quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
Individuals don't need to be in the same room, or even the same city, state, or country in order to sign a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was a way to go back and edit a signed document after it has been signed as opposed to resigning a new document. Occasionally, terms change or a mistake was found that both parties agree to amending, and an editable document would be an easy solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had several instances where I needed to get documents signed by people in Asia and Europe while I was in the United States. Relying on people to have a scanner readily available isn't the best way to do business, plus it adds extra steps of printing out a document, signing it, scanning, and then emailing back to me. With HelloSign, it made the entire signing process quick and easy.

Limits on number of people who can sign. There should be a 2 person pay level for Spouses.

Using HelloSign has been a life/time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
As a film and photo producer, flexibility, and repeatability in the documentation process are those time savers that add up to major money savers. Talent or client names are quickly changed on our standardized form and distributed to stakeholders and accounting without a second thought. Form creation is intuitive and easy, even for a new hire, to put into action. More than anything I love that every form is available companywide once it is signed. I cannot express how nice it is to also get the followup email auto-sent to talent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Purely esthetics, but the site seems bare. There is a lot of white. Although the programming is solid, there seems to be a lot of space for branding and inspiration. I think it would also be cool if the new years tax documents were auto loaded and ready for distribution each year. I imagine that would be a process every year to update, but, for example, having the 2020 W-9 and W-4 ready to just send to talent would be just awesome as opposed to having to prep the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do photo and film shoots all over. Many times we are miles out into the wilderness and having to worry about a folder full of tax paperwork and releases is a pain. With HelloSign never again will I have to contact a crew member, talent, or client and ask for them to resign a muddy or destroyed document. This program has already saved me from missing someone's documents before publishing the project they appeared in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have ever had a moment of panic because a signed release or tax document is missing and the signer has already left the building, this program is you. I have had many documents ruined in the field by sudden rain or wind, this physically can not happen if you use HelloSign. I 100% Recommend this service or all of my fellow producers and film/photo office staff.
Easy to Use and More Affordable to Other Popular Options
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is easy to use and when compared to other popular options currently available in the market, is much more affordable. I have enjoyed using the program.

Have not found anything that I dislike at this point.

Ability to have my tenants, property owners, etc. be able to sign documents quickly and without the use of snail mail.

Use in place of in person signatures. Would recommend that use HelloSign templates for documents which require signatures on a regular basis.

Perfect for Remote Employees and New Hires
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can have multiple users, create templates, brand it to how we want, and ease of the program. I also like that it will send the signee a signed copy of everything they signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have trouble loading everything quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our employees working remotely now it has greatly helped out with getting new hire paperwork completed, or updating direct deposit info, etc.
Also, any updates to handbooks on a yearly basis can be sent out as a link through email to be acknowledged.

If you are looking for an e signature platform, I suggest you look no more. You will be satisfied with the ease of use and the customer service.
