What do you like best about the product?
I like that there's unlimited documents! Very helpful compared to other programs I have used out there which charge so much for every signature. Also very easy to use and the reminder feature is a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that when you CC'd someone it didn't send them any emails until both parties had signed the contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving us so much time using Templates so we don't have to manually create a new contract for every one we need. This is SO helpful for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Intuitive, Easy, Effective Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Simple but still robust and effective. HelloSign is very intuitive to use and required no training to learn.

Reduces the paperwork and time to sign contracts.

The template link feature to create pre-signed agreements is a huge time saver!

The integration with DropBox is very useful for saving signed documents in an organized way.

Platform was very quick to setup and implement and did not have a high learning curve.

Have not needed any support or troubleshooting as the HelloSign has always worked as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some niche customizations when preparing a document for editing that would be nice to have but nothing critical missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce paperwork and time with signing documents. Made it faster than manually printing and scanning agreements.

Really like the ability to use their template links feature to have a contract pre-signed where partners and customers can simply add their information and sign without having to manually create a contract every time. Also nice that the links can be shared with other team members so common items like NDAs are quick to send out and get signed allowing you to quickly continue the conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, whether you're the sender or the signer.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding fields, it now always defaults to the first signer instead of the last signer you added a field for. Also, I selected the setting to always receive a copy of document requests but haven't received those for a very long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in the legal field, we need clients and other attorneys to sign documents all the time. Before we discovered HelloSign, we were overnighting documents back and forth, wasting both time and money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs documents signed regularly. It's helped us to be much more efficient and allows us to continue working remotely.

Contracts Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HelloSign is the ability to set up templates and quickly distribute important paperwork to busy clients and co-workers and set every field up that needs to be signed or filled. Everything can sync with my contacts and I get notifications every time somebody signs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I wish I didn't need to be sending contracts, but there's nothing HelloSign can do about that ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting clients to new service agreements! It has never been easier. I love setting up the template once and just changing who it needs to go to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this platform whenever you are sending contracts to more than one person more than once a week! You will save time immediately!

What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is, the majority of my clients are the elderly and have no experience with technology, so the fact that they are able to figure this all out easily and shortly shows just how simple and user friendly the interface is. Everything is sent out quickly with no delay, which allows me and my firm to close on deals with clients on hold. It also makes saving documents a breeze once they are sent back from the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
A larger area for clients to sign with, and the ability to import already saved signatures from other sites or google would be beneficial to my clients. As well as other ways of scanning documents to input legitimate signatures that the client has written down or used in the past. I think the addition of a save file to computer button on documents when they are received would be beneficial for me and my firm. As well as the ability to upload to third party crm services would cut down on preparation time for me and my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have seen just how easy it is to send paperwork and legal documents to my clients, and that the user interface is extremely easy to grasp. I recommend this product to a lot of our competitors as well as clients just to simplify their e signing process. Receiving documents thru email and not having to wait for fax's or mailed letters cuts down on delay time when sending documents to the irs or to clients. it makes my life easier and simpler and all of my clients have never once made a complaint or disliked using hello sign

Cut down on back and forth time by using hellosign whenever sending legal documents.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly. It's easy to upload documents and add in placeholders for name, signature, date, etc. The notifications are helpful too so you know when all individuals have signed a document. The end result is a PDF, which is great to easily save for your own records. There is also a dashboard that helps to show the status of documents, which can be great for follow up (you also receive emails when someone has viewed your document, which is super helpful). Not to mention, there is established reminders that are sent via HelloSign, which again makes the process more streamlined and less work for the individual. It's fast, easy and straightforward!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, can't think of anything I don't like about the platform itself! I understand that there are different levels; however, I do wish I could have more templates. Especially since I share with a team, it would be helpful to have more templates that could be saved for our own uses based on project/task. I find myself uploading the same document again and again because we ran out of templates to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The difficulty of having multiple individuals sign documents (typically the back and forth of what exists or how people would send previously). The use of HelloSign becomes very easy to send and receive docs, making the whole process more manageable! Especially when sending documents to various individuals of other companies, it creates a seamless experience for all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely worth it and will make the process seamless for everyone involved.

Placing and resizing boxes can get a little funny from time to time. But other than that, it's ace.

Means working remotely and dealing with contracts for multiple sites is a piece of cake

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is super easy to use. I have a paid account as a power user but I love that anyone on my team can also send up to three docs out a month for free. The view alerts are awesome and have been really helpful in our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The alerts and reminders aren't as customizable as I would like, but these are small complaints honestly. Overall it works fine. Not really better than other providers though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HelloSign for employee docs, sales agreements, and investor agreements. Super easy to use for all three.

What do you like best about the product?
We use to have to email documents to be signed, the recipient would have to print, sign, scan, and then send them back. They would take forever to get back to us. Now, it is so easy and we get them back the same day! Being able to assign where they need to sign and initial is my favorite feature so nothing is missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there has been anything so far that I dislike. It has been a life-saver!

Turn around time on receiving signed contracts.
