This has been very handy for my remote practice sites to send me the docs needing signing promptly
What do you like best about the product?
Emailing back and forth is easy, and uploading and downloading are handy functions, and doc retention on the server is very useful
What do you dislike about the product?
No time stamp without filling in a text field. My field requires date and time on the document with the signature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing docs from other offices without needing a courier and without losing docs. Saves time and fosters compliance with time constraints
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Your correspondents need to be a fair amount of tech savvy and open to new technologies

Simple as it gets
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign makes it incredibly easy to get a document e-signed. Are there other e-signing services? Yes. Does anyone have an interface that's a clean and simple as HelloSign's? No.
Luckily HelloSign not only has a clean UI, the whole process is fantastic, both for me creating and sending documents, but also for my clients signing them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their free plan allows 3 documents a month... currently that's fine for me but could easily become restricting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making contracting signing legal and painless for both me and my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's not a lot I can say about HelloSign... it's a very straightforward service. If you need to have a document signed, definitely give HelloSign a try. It's incredibly easy to setup and send your document for signing.
I've used a couple services that were difficult to use or wouldn't let you change your signature after you wrote it once. HelloSign looks and is better.

Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive to use and it works with Google Docs
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually I don't love the name. We use it in our consulting service and we have large corporate clients and I think it sounds a little unsophisticated and possibly questionable security wise. I know it isn't either of those things, but it sort of rings like paypal. It's a branding thing in my mind
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting things signed by clients so they don't have to download anything and rescan it. Greatly improves our processes. We get contracts signed much quicker.
Why do people still use a fax machine?
What do you like best about the product?
I can quickly prepare documents for my executives to easily sign so we can keep deals moving forward without delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure the document preparation process could have some smarts added to it to speed thing sup but it's still waaaaay faster than using a fax machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Waiting for signatures on documents like NDAs and SOWs can slow down a deal and stall communication at a time when preserving momentum is important. HelloSign allows me distribute documents for signature without having to hunt down a fax machine or forcing busy executives to do the same.
Signing and get documents signed is almost invisible now.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of signing a document. Avoiding any scanning or delays. The gmail integration also makes it a breeze. I have recommended this product to multiple people.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be better for repetitive paperwork.

Formal Correspondence. Not having to print and scan.

What do you like best about the product?
That I don't have paper collecting, and that I don't have to worry about scanning signed documents.

I wish there was a feature that allowed you to preview your prepared document before sending.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving file storage and accurate records. With HelloSign, documents don't sit around waiting to be scanned, and with the e-mail that comes with the fully signed document, I don't even have to download it from the site - it's right there waiting to be saved.
Great tool for convenience and record keeping
What do you like best about the product?
I can have legally binding fully executed agreement in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for there to be an easy way from the unsigned documents screen to quickly check to see who has viewed and signed and the dates and times the document was viewed and signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often prepare contracts for clients that may or may not ever be signed, but either way I end up without a fully executed version in my files. HelloSign solves that problem for me.
Hello Sign Became Useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like its ease of use and clean web presence. It has certainly made my busy lifestyle a little smoother. Everything is organised and easy to get to. I enjoy the optional features that it provides. I like that my Clients with the stroke of their finger can authorize and it's nice to get the notification that a signing was completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't notice anything wrong because I use it for what I need to use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I don't have to print or fax documents to my clients any more. The ease of use from a client's point of view. It didn't require them to interrupt their day to download and upload just to sign off on the documents. I like the fact that I can log on from anyplace and access my documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Are you tired of submitting single entry docs? Then you may want to try Hellosign as it makes your job that much more easier. Stop having to write and re-write your signature multiple times.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of sending off a contract and not having to print it to sign it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. I think it's very high.
The fact that sometimes after a period of time, contracts will not be clickable via email again, so I have to resend them to clients who want to review them again.

Fantastic service for getting client signatures!
What do you like best about the product?
Great signature service with ip tracking and very simple user interface. Especially like not having to download an app or have clients get an app. Ease of use means rapid adoption of even the most technically challenged clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I've only had one issue over two years of use and the help desk team resolved quickly

Saves so much time vs in person signing of real estate documentation.

Mobile site could use some improvement when using it on a small screen/phone.
