HelloSign has been a huge asset for us!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with this system is so appreciated. Bringing new team members in to the mix isn't a time consuming process, and once they are in, we are guaranteed consistency on what we send, who receives it, and how documents are stored once complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is how if I edit a document, it creates a new document every time. This gets confusing and I wish it just stayed in the same document just with my updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of sending contracts to clients in a timely manner. Ensuring that documents are consistent and team members are using approved/updated contracts.

HelloSign allows me to get documents executed quickly and easily. I love it!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to fill in the required fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading NDAs with restricted access is difficult because then I have to share the signed document separately instead of just CCing the people I'll end up forwarding it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes getting paperwork signed and files away a breeze!

Use it! It's a great interface.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with gmail is absolutely amazing. I love the ease of use and freedom being able to sign documents so easily via the email that sent me the document. Having a record of all of the documents signed is so handy too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues connecting my Google account and logging in. It does not flow smoothly, but I assume it is an issue with security on the Google side. It seems like I have to click and log in more than one time before it actually connects my account. That only occurs when using the HelloSign Extension via Chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to save precious time in distributing documents and getting others to sign documents with a few clicks of the mouse.

Once you try it, you will love it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of obtaining signatures without the recipient having to establish a HelloSign account and the ability to easily track the status of the signature process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always having the ability to copy people on the signature process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have saved time and money by not having to drive long distances for required signatures. It has also made our audit process easier.

Ease of use and time and money savings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see when my clients/prospects have completed their document or even viewed their document. I also like that the documents are stored in the HelloSign portal for quick reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
links expire after 7 days and users can't save partially completed documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the insurance application process digital.

What do you like best about the product?
Very responsive tool and reliable. Always delivering the documents immediately, making the signature process pain free for my contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would maybe allow for a faster sign in process as I always need to login again even if a use the tool several times a week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frictionless signing, very practical for me as I work in sales. No hassle with PDF, printing and scanning... the decision makers are more inclined to sign up with us as our signing process is quick.

Give it a try, and see how it works for different types of documents (HR, sales order, invoices, contracts etc)

The flexibility and ease of tool .. Technical guidance and integration capabilities

There's a good scope for the integration implementation to be out-of-the-box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usability of the users in capturing documenting the required MSAs during deal closure making the whole process quick letting the sales person focus more on the sales and less on the documentation giving their time back to work on more deals.

The id code added and summary page following the document are very useful

It can be an issue to place signatures, especially in a large document or one that you need to zoom in on.
It is also hard to find documents and send as you cannot set a separate document name to the email subkect

Sending statements of work and contracts is much easier. We get a far faster turn around.

I love the ability to save my time and the clients time when it comes to the review of contracts and other pertinent documents. I've been able to reduce the number of client in person meetings and be more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually don't dislike anything about the service. I've been using it for 2 yrs and it's awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely review and signing of contracts, less need for in person client meetings especially during tax season when I'm extremely busy, weeding out clients who aren't interested in my services

I would recommend that other considering using HelloSign. It will save you time and save your customers and clients time.
