Reliable for Backups, Needs Better Integration Options
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Dropbox for backing up our account software for our business. This feature provides a reliable solution for keeping our business data secure and accessible. I find the ability to share files with other people particularly useful. This capability enhances collaboration and streamlines the process of working with colleagues or clients, ensuring that all necessary parties have access to the right files when they need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure about Dropbox's pricing, and a potential price drop might make it more appealing for repurchase. Additionally, I find the lack of integration with specific software like Sage Line 50 to be a limitation. If Dropbox could connect directly with Sage, it would enhance functionality by allowing direct backups of accounts, which would be highly beneficial.

I use Dropbox for backing up our account software and sharing files with others, which helps in secure data management and team collaboration across the business.
Dropbox Enhances Organization but Needs Real-Time Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for over ten years, primarily for personal and business storage. The ability to choose which files I save on the local drive of my device has been incredibly helpful, especially since it allows me to seamlessly switch back and forth between a laptop and a desktop without needing to have all files physically stored on both devices. The presence of the file system on my drive is also beneficial. I really appreciate how Dropbox integrates with software like Microsoft Word and Apple Pages, making it easier to access and manage my files directly through Dropbox. The cloud-based organization is very efficient for me, and I love that I can share links with people effortlessly, which makes the whole system incredibly useful. These features provide me with an excellent level of accessibility and functionality, making Dropbox a highly beneficial tool for both my personal and business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup process of Dropbox challenging because there was no option to save files only on the cloud. When switching between devices, Dropbox was difficult to load due to the large number of files bogging down the system. Additionally, editing files simultaneously on different devices isn't seamless, unlike in Google Drive, where real-time updates occur automatically. Dropbox lacks this feature, which leads to difficulties in maintaining consistent file versions across devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves file management issues by allowing selective file storage on local drives, easing device transitions. Its integration with Microsoft Word and Apple Pages enhances file accessibility, making it invaluable for personal and business storage.

The ability to use and share links is a particularly beneficial feature for me, as it simplifies the process of transferring and sharing files. Dropbox has been a helpful tool in solving storage issues by allowing me to save photos that I couldn't store elsewhere. Although the initial setup was somewhat challenging, it became easier over time, making the overall experience more manageable. I also appreciate that Dropbox offers more space, which is a valuable feature even though I haven't yet reached the point where I need more storage. I am quite satisfied with Dropbox, as evidenced by the fact that I recommend it daily, rating it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation likelihood.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for about eight years, and I find it to be the best tool for storing files online. Its interface is definitely cleaner and easier to use compared to competitors like Google Drive. I appreciate the nice UI that makes it a better experience overall. Setting it up was really easy, with no difficulties at all, which I find outstanding. Dropbox excels not only in storing my files but also in sharing them with other people effortlessly. For instance, sharing designs with clients is a breeze; it's so easy to just send a Dropbox link and know they can access everything they need. Moreover, the functionality of sharing links and previewing files is very convenient, especially on my phone, enabling me to work seamlessly wherever I am.
