Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to upload a PDF and customize signatures/dates/etc. for candidates to sign. I only use it for offer letters for potential employees of our company but it has made our offer process very streamlined. When I send it to my candidates, it is nice they can sign and access the doc from their phones versus having to log into their computers which is huge for the age demographic I am working with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything negative to say as I haven't had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to send physical offer letters via PDF & email and having the candidates print out, physically sign and then send back a signed copy.
