What do you like best about the product?
I love HelloSign for its ease of use and comprehensive features. The platform's intuitive user interface makes it a breeze to send documents out for signature or add reminders when signatures are missing. It works on mobile devices and desktops, making it convenient regardless of where one is located. Having distinct color-coded ink stamps helps double-check that all individuals have signed in their respective locations without flaw - this streamlines the review process immensely. Getting notifications once something has been done proves especially useful since you can miss no detail during document signing processes with HelloSign!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it incredibly frustrating that Dropbox Sign requires so much effort to make substantial updates or alterations to existing templates. Having the same tedious process each time a legal document needs modification can be tiresome and counterproductive in an ever-evolving business climate. It would be beneficial if methods were available for quickly customizing HelloSign documents without constantly switching between various tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using HelloSign, Dropbox Sign was a problem for us regarding emailing contracts. We had to print and sign paper copies before scanning them, making the process slow and inefficient. Thanks to HelloSign's digital solutions, we can send out contracts quickly while maintaining legal compliance.

The best PDF signing software I’ve ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
The price and its cost benefit. It does everything following what was explained in the website, besides its easy interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
No problems at all, everything works the way it is supposed to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does everything that it promised, no problems or glitches. Best signature software, way better than acrobat and cheaper.

What do you like best about the product?
My firm uses Dropbox Sign (Formerly HelloSign) to send out templated contracts and onboarding documents to new clients. This process using Dropbox Sign has helped us grow our clientbase rapidly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In its current state, Dropbox Sign doesn't really have any downsides I'd note. It integrates well with other platforms, is intuitive for the end-users, and easy to administer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our onboarding and contract processes were highly manual in the past, but as we started to scale they were slowing down onboarding new accounts. Dropbox Sign has made setting up contracts and onboarding easy as can be, and less challenging for our clients as well!

I love the fact that I can access my documents from any device. I also like that it is easy to use. The functionality is similar to most other apps. The program is really simple to use, and I like all the button options. It's a fantastic tool that I can easily integrate to streamline and streamline processes. I love how quickly I can get my bills signed now. I also love that I can use a template and then customise it when I need to. It has all the features that its main competitors have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had the option to save my signature and share it with other accounts. Another thing that could be improved is the ability to change the document name within the dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
My company and I have significantly benefited from implementing HelloSign into our workflow. HelloSign has drastically reduced the amount of time it takes to complete contracts. In the days before HelloSign, contract drafting, distribution, signing, and returning took an eternity. Nowadays, HelloSign automates the process, which is highly beneficial. In addition, receiving a daily email containing a list of open and unsigned contracts helps keep track of progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HelloSign is that the tech support can be time-consuming to get ahold of and may not always give me the answers/solutions I need. Also, if I need to update a template, it's a pain to repopulate all fields and copy down each ID number again. Lastly, if the time limit expires on anything, you must start from scratch, which can be frustrating.

The HelloSign authorization form makes it easy for customers to authorize a charge on their credit cards. This simplifies the process and benefits the customer.

With HelloSign, accessing and sharing templates is straightforward. Our straightforward pricing for unlimited signing is the most competitive among similar services. Additionally, the learning curve is modest. It is effortless to see what has been signed and what is still awaiting signature, and we have quick access to the primary template we use and send as a document, saving us the trouble of constantly re-uploading.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emails sent after clicking on a template link should automatically be forwarded to another address. Besides, HelloSign should provide additional validation options or tools to create one's own text boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most helpful feature is, without a doubt, the ability to quickly sign documents and request coworker/partner signatures. My monthly time spent on mundane administrative tasks has been cut in half, and as a result, I have enhanced my risk management.

Even if you don't think the program is valid, it will ultimately benefit you.

The settings can be cumbersome, even for something as basic as a digital signature. Lastly, it does not partition data folders.
