Great tool to streamline contracts
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is software that you get familiar with very quickly; it is very easy to use. I like that a person who is not completely related to the software of this type can use it, I generally use it to obtain signatures with the people I have a contract with abroad to continue obtaining their tools that help me to improve in digital marketing. This software facilitates the final phase of projects, contracts, tasks and functions. You may think that it is not useful software but it does solve certain problems for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though this is very simple interface software, I feel that the document status notifications are too over the top, you are just notifying something simple and done. On the other hand, configurations are sometimes complicated for something as simple as a signature. Finally, it does not separate the folders to have the data organized; I had to create several emails to have everything in good condition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I handle international marketing I have many documents that must be encrypted and confidential, through HellSign I can send and receive the documents with their respective signatures and without any problem, it is very easy to use and manage, you do not get complicated at the time of being managing this software, it is dedicated solely to its main function and that is very good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software offers a free trial but I would recommend you to have the premium version at once. As its function is very simple, it fulfills it. Get it, if you need to collect signatures and the person is not present. I consider it to be software that medium and large companies should have.

Signatures securely
What do you like best about the product?
First, I like the ease of being able to sign documents from my home because I travel a lot for business, and if I'm doing some other activity I don't need to go directly to the office to do it. Second, since I am in charge of the Human Resources department, I need to make many contracts that the workers have to sign if they are on a business trip or I am not at the office, we use HelloSign to finalize the contract. Finally, this software allows us to work from home; this has facilitated our work comfort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like this software but at the same time, it is a bit awkward to sign if you could add some type of font that can be adapted to our real signature it would be great, that way I would get a more accurate result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, we manage to solve the problems with those workers who are not present when their signature is needed, secondly, through this software, I offer the company more facilities for the workers to sign the respective documents from the comfort of their home or wherever they are. To be honest, at first, I wasn't confident and I didn't know if this software could work for me because I manage a large number of workers and I had to resolve when they were not present in the company, but in the end, it was very useful for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simply, if you need a signature and the person responsible for signing is not present at the moment, this software will solve the problem for you instantly. You can have an electronic signature whenever you want.
Document and signature management
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Hellosign, my documents are in order. Reminders are sent, which helps me relax and reduce my worries. I am sent lease agreements to fill out and sign. It's nice that you can create templates, which is a huge time saver! Although I have not tried using other sites, I find this site adequate for my specific purposes and does the job well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been occasions when emails have fallen into the spam folder which has been quite problematic

Hellosign allows us to continue signing documents for clients who live far away.
A two-year user of HelloSign
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the signature process and editing the requested documents for signing with multiple parties and also giving the end users access to the document automatically once every party has signed the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a better version of the website whereby it allows the client to zoom in and zoom out efficiently and also work from a mobile device. There's a few issues when spacing the content for signatures as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be able to offer a quick e-sign dock between parties that are separated by hundreds or thousands of miles within less than 15 to 20 minutes without any free trial access gates and editing experience for the end user to interact with the documents
Easy and cost effective e-signature software
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to setup and use. Clean, intuitive UI creates a pleasant experience for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't really run into any issues and I can't think of anything I've disliked about Hellosign -- they have a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it quick and easy for us to execute agreements with employees, contractors, vendors, clients, and partners.
Digital signatures made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The HelloSign experience is simple for most of the people with which I use it. The prices are reasonable and we get a good deal of features. We can get email notifications to update us when documents have been signed or still need to be signed. Creating documents to be signed is intuitive with the HelloSign controls. There haven't been any errors with the workflow since I've used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HelloSign service delivers what it promises, but there are still security issues that we expose ourselves to when sending documents online through a third-party server. As long as we take standard safety precautions, I think everything should be fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business moves ahead faster when we use HelloSign to sign digital documents and send them to be signed by others. We can take care of all the tasks needed to get a document uploaded and signed. We can also manage our sent documents to make sure they get signed as soon as possible. There would be more headaches in my daily activities if I needed to lean on paper-signed documents.

You should use HelloSign to speed up and streamline your document signing procedures.

documents needed to be signed were returned quicker compared to mail
It was so handy having this as a free service when I was a smaller business, happy to pay for it now

I wish it would save my unedited uploads so I can go back and sign them again for other people who need the same form (think w9 tax docs)

Hate manually signing and mailing things. This is much faster than fax.

It's not as flexible in editing .pdf's as Adobe Sign

No way to edit files in the app. Need to start again with a new doc. Best benefit is that it's a very fast way to get a doc out for signature

Great Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the service is very easy to use and set up. I also enjoy how flexible it is. I can sign up for a full year for one of my businesses that I use contracts for all of the time. I can also sign up month to month on other small businesses that only send out contracts periodically. Setting up the service is fast and painless. All in all a great service and I highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the service doesn't integrate with Box.com. I understand that it is owned by DropBox so I don't think it will probably ever integrate with Box.com but that would make it even better for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts being signed in a timely manner. Prior to this service we were faxing or sending contracts manually that had to be printed and signed. I no longer have that issue.
