Great software
What do you like best about the product?
The software seems to work well - and is pretty cost effective vs say Docusign
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have had a few customers report issues with signing documents on a mobile phone or smart phone, but it is rare. With desktops, Ipads or laptops the service works flawlessly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it in the real estate business...and it works fantastic for that.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The easiest way to get documents signed by people who are not physically with you. Great to use when you are too busy to meet someone in person but you need to get something signed
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything. It's a product that works well and does the job it says it's going to do. The price is also reasonable to no complaints from me on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing documents securely and efficiently. You can also cc someone who needs a copy but doesn't need to sign which is convenient when you need to keep people informed.
Easy to use, priced right for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, clean interface, priced well for small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Default font size settings are always way too big for my documents.

Quick, user friendly e-sign software. Makes getting my documents signed quick and easy.

Hellosign is just amazing. We have been using it since last 2 years.

We are using hellosign to get MOU signed from our vendors across Pakistan.
Easy to use, my favorite e-signing platform!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is super easy to use and has made a big difference in my workflow as a freelancer. Uploading PDF contracts is easy, adding places to sign/initial/add text/etc is easy, clients enjoy how easy it is to sign, and the whole process is seamless. I like being able to use certain PDFs as templates too. I also appreciate that a fully signed document is automatically emailed to all signers. Easy to integrate with Zapier and Google Drive too. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think adding myself as a signer is a little confusing, as there's an option for my business AND for "Me (Sign Now)" - it's easy to fix, but I usually choose the wrong one first. I also wish there was an option to send a proposal instead of a finalized document - it would be great if a client could approve a proposal and sign in the same session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign has become an integral part of my workflow with contracts. It has simplified the process of getting signatures, and I love how easy it is to use. I typically work with clients who are not the most tech-savvy, so easy is key!
Excellent Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple interface and ability it gives me to move contracts forward quickly, with consistency, & in a concise manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The checkbox feature is a little annoying – I use it a lot. I wish, once selected, I could click wherever I wanted a checkbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign is how we get our project agreements signed so that the client knows what will 1) appear on their monthly invoice and 2) what deliverables we have included in their project.
Best option but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and user interface. Recipients do not have any problems, and even our less tech-savvy folks can utilize the tool fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a feature to schedule requests to go out as you can in other signature collection apps. I also wish it could set the recipient language on the sender side. There is no to blackout prefilled text if I wanted to - you would need to do that before uploading and if you missed something, we would have to do it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits include making collecting signatures a lot easier and you can see when folks open the notification but do not sign. Problems continue to be that I cannot work on tasks that need to be sent asynchronously .

drag and drop, knowing what is going on in the background while it is out for Signatures
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything, just the limit on the amount of templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us tremendously while we were remote, still use it very often since we are back in office.
A great alternative to bigger names in the marketplace...

Great in saving drafts of what you've started, email notification and flexibility of adding various documentation types

Would love to see it integrated more in existing tools we currently use.

Excellent tool for the times and a much needed shift for this broker.
What do you like best about the product?
Online functionality. Email results. PDF signature protected goodness. I love the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say they should be able to allow a better way to format a set of documents (for example I need to set up the same document literally everytime just because the names change - should be easier). Also if you had a better way to perhaps access contacts so emails just prepopulate? I'm sure there are lots of little user friendly tweaks but overall it's an amazing product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is a major benefit. With the pandemic I have literally been able to do all of my business from the comfort of my home thanks largely to your app. I'd say productivity has most definitely increases in my business process due to your product.
