Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for my team to get deals done quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates arent' super intuitive. I wish there was a way to view before you send.

What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is very ease to use. Th UI especially makes it very easy for beginners

The customer support and tehnical support could be better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign helps my company swiftly send over contracts. As a recruiter dealing with high volume of candidates, HelloSign is a life saver!
ORGANIZATION & SIMPLICITY
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign cuts down on needless printouts and keeps all my documents sorted and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually can't think of any improvements I'd need for what I use it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients appreciate the ease of a quick click-and-sign solution to contracts.

Price
Easy to use and affordable!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has been very easy to use for our business! We chose them over Docusign because their prices were more reasonable and functionality met our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I would change. It would be nice to have the ability to edit a document already uploaded instead of having to delete it and do it over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get real estate contracts out to sellers in a timely manner and collect all necessary signatures in order to complete transactions. But the current system still fits our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity. When using adobe I noticed how customers and contacts would struggle to understand how to use it. Hellosign made it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. I find there are multiple free options available, so do I really need it?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to send PDF's and track who views it and when. I also use it to send contracts out to customers and amongst our project team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Far easier to use than the competitors and more secure than any of the free options.
Overall experience is good. Fair price for what it accomplishes. User friendly

It's a little slow and takes too much time to load pages.

Digital signatures are always preferred and faster to receive.

I would recommend it to people that need digital signatures
Great and affordable electronic signature solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and fast. The UI is very intuative. The software updates you with what is pending vs. signed, etc. The cost is very affordable for a small business and you can save templates for items you use or send out often.
What do you dislike about the product?
They made some updates where you cannot edit a current document but duplicate it and resend. It isn't the same feature and then has 2 pending items instead of just one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to run my business effectively and efficiently with clients and employees, which makes it easy to get approvals and signatures. It also emails you signed copies to all parties and saves copies of signed documents in case you forget to save or misplace the downloaded version.
Excellent digital tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use with this tool. I discovered this tool during the height of the pandemic. It became a lifesaver allowing me to get legal documents to parents!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a teacher, I have to pay for what I want. That is the only thing I dislike about this "app" but you get what you pay for. I would prefer the option of being able to connect my business account with another email address so that I can use it across accounts, since I had to pay for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign allows me to get documents to parents through email. It is easy to use and understand. It is a great value for the cost. I have been able to have documents signed within the day! This is markedly improved from pre-pandemic times when I had to print the document and wait for parents and everyone else to sign the document. HelloSign keeps a track of who has signed the document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If schools can help pay for this, it would be 100% perfect, until then it is 99% perfect.

the assigned signing task and placement of initials, dates etc. Very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
the drop-in doc prompt is a bit underwhelming. you really sometimes can't tell your doc got uploaded or not. Maybe just increase the load bar

the signature update button is awesome
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it as much as possible. Eventually, it'll be more expensive but I think its the bang for your bug e-signature service

Simplicity and ease of use -and the reminder system cto myself and signatories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Works just fine for me. No issues in my regular use of the system.

Fast collection of signatures without direct contact nor paperwork. Great for remote working.
