Interface marred by website blackouts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the perceived simplicity and the speed you have to get a cotract signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website is down a lot. Like, A LOT.
6 times out of 10, when I try to access a signed contract, it doesn't work. It just takes you to a blank page. It might be browser-related or not.
Emailed the customer support a few times regarding the black outs and they respnd 24 hrs later, saying "the problem was fixed". Well, 24 hrs later it better be?! However we did have instances when we needed a fast signature and the platform was down and we have to use other platforms. This is seemes to be getting woorse not better so I will be looking towards a a different solution as it's unacceptable.
Also, a massive pain if you have to make any changes to an agreement. If the document's layout is not any different (for example, added a comma or changed a number), the system should leave in place the dozens of signature and initial fields that you placed earlier, but no, you have to start over, which is mind-numbing.

We have all agreements in one place, and you gather the signatures faster.

Don't do it. Look for an alternative. The platform is down a lot, and customer service is too late to point out the obvious.

Great alternative to Docusign.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very easy website to use, and a great alternative to DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing off the top of my head, except perhaps the inability to be assigned as a "manager" to my boss' account - a lot of things he sent without me involved, and I don't have access to those contracts except for when he forwards them to me. Would be nice to be able to manage our accounts together without having to have his personal log in information.

HelloSign is my go-to for sending out contracts and agreements for signature between multiple parties - it's a great program to use.

How easy it is to use! Each step is clear, and the signees have no issue following the directions.

I haven't encountered any issues while using HelloSign

Since we have gone fully remote getting signatures that are valid on important documents has been critical. HelloSign has allowed us to do this with ease.
I use HelloSign for every contract for my photography business. Highly recommend.

Templates are the best feature. I use them daily.

I wish I could edit a contract after I've sent it.

Solving having to type out a new contract every time a client books.

I wish that there was a mobile app - or an option to edit a document without it counting as a new doc. Clients have complained that they still get emails for old versions

What do you like best about the product?
I like best the ease of filling and uploading documents for signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the logging-in process.

The problem I am solving is obtaining electronic signatures in these pandemic times.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hello Sign removed the most inconvenient part of my business which is sending formalities to be scanned and signed by clients. So easy to use so convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. It's doing the job I need.

Having to wait on clients to scan forms, and sign them. It's make the process so much easier and gets legal forms out of the way real quick.
Affordable and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is easy to use and performs as promised each and every time, which is not always the case with business software. I use approximately ten different software platforms to manage my company and I have never once had to contact HelloSign's customer support because it works as promised. By the way, I am not a techie or software engineer so the fact that it's easy to use is a BIG deal from my perspective.

There's nothing to dislike; it works as it should.

HelloSign makes it easy to sign legal documents without having to print, sign and scan documents.

It has worked for me for several years and I have never had any issues with HelloSign.

Solid E-Sign software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to create templates for ongoing documents

I really don't dislike any aspect of Hellosign

The benefits are ease of transmittal of documents and a quick easy way to organize them as well as E-signing - saves a lot of time.
