Great app for signing documents
What do you like best about the product?
Its very user friendly, and I like that you can send updates to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything so far; One annoying thing is having to sign in every time I want to access the website, like, leave my account open, please

Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
We have the main template that we use and send available to us as a document, so we don't have to re-upload every time, and it's very easy to see what's been signed and what is still pending signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more of a summary email to come to us weekly so that we know exactly what is still pending and what has been signed in the last week, without having to log in and check on those things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily get the contract signed that we need from retailers looking to sell our products, and their signatures are kept on file for us to reference in the future if needed.
Simple and Professional
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign makes it easy to get proposals signed by my customers. It gives me a professional and polished appearance, and customers find it easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to learn more about templates since it can be tedious to map all the fields, but it's never been a priority for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hellosign helps me get customer proposals signed, and automated reminders are great for keeping customers accountable.
Great teamwork tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Using HelloSign makes it very easy for the team to have visibility across many different transactions, stay on top of progress and easily coordinate multiple signatures. As a remote company, this is very helpful and it's accessible on any of our devices which is also a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside to using HelloSign, works very well for our mobile team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign keeps the mobile team connected with easy access and visibility to documents across all our devices. This transparency and access prevents bottlenecks and helps us get things done faster.
Simple and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
We use Hellosign for all contracts. The convenience of uploading a document, setting up the input fields and sending (in assigned order if desired) for signature makes execution of documents so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is less a dislike than a suggested feature-- an integration with Google Drive would be very helpful so that all our executed agreements automatically are added to our drive.

Easy to learn and use. Very efficent, helps with getting our documents signed.

There is nothing that I dislike. I love the app.

No problems with hellosign. We benefit from the convenience of customers being able to sign electronically with no hassle.
Vert User Friendly Software For HR
What do you like best about the product?
The application is intuitive and easy to use. As I have to use HELLOSIGN frequently, I am never worried as it is not a highly complex software. Audit trail report is a very impressive feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. Timestamp feature can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital signing of the documentation. Due to the pandemic, we all are Working From Home.
Better than DocuSign!
What do you like best about the product?
I had a terrible experience with DocuSign and I've been nothing short of happy since switching to HelloSign!

I don't care for the new Documents format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this service for our business and it's been great.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to send service agreements without needing to use the paper or worry about making photocopies. Being able to edit templates easily is also hugely helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of editing the templates can be tedious. If I make one mistake, I haven't found a way to go back and just change one thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've resolved the issue of needing to have paper copies of liability releases before dog training classes, everything gets out of the way before the first class

What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and convenient, easy to navigate

It's pretty easy to use and I don't really have any issues for me to dislike the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's convenient for my customers to sign without being present. It saves me time from having to mail out the documents for signature.
