Convenient Document Signing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading and signing and having clients countersign without downloading and sending PDFs back and forth for signing is a tremendous help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the templates feature were easier to deploy for filling in form fields and then sending to a client to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to have faster document signing and awareness of who has opened and viewed the document.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Clean interface. Storage of signed documents and auto-follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the plug-in with Microsoft Word it is impossible to place signature fields, which renders the plug in useless. Creates additional steps, but nothing that prevents me from using the app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick closing agreement has lead to more productivity which translates to more revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations make the entire experience seamless. Gmail lets us sign and reply to the original message, and google docs allows signature without having to open and log into another screen. amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that could use improvement is the edit and resend feature. It currently duplicates the document and doesn't cancel the previous one. This is good if we need to reuse a form for someone else instead of using the template feature. Wish there was an option to select if we want to cancel the previous version submitted or not. It would also be nice to get the slack integration to notify when the document has been viewed. Only alerts at execution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were editing worker agreements in google docs but then decided to utilize the template feature. It's worked out so well. If there was the option to perhaps write over the agreement with text and a white background in chase there are minor typos, this would reduce the switching from hellosign to whatever editing platform being used.
Easy to use, not expensive!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to upload docs. I like that you can drag and drop them from your files. Easy to switch between multiple signers. We send 100s of applications a month and have little to no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional maintenance and a couple outages here and there that made it so we could send documents. Wish they had dynamic templates but that is a nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign is much more cost-effective for our business of 8 employees. No charge per doc sent and a reasonable monthly cost. Made a switch from a very expensive big e-sign company and we are much happier!
Efficient and Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the email updates it provides, the integration with JazzHR, and the great user experience it provides our employees and external partners!
What do you dislike about the product?
None I can think of. I appreciate the free feature and feel it is very cost effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hellosign to have offer letters signed as well as internal documents and contracts. It is a great place to store information and is accepted by our lawyers and external providers.
Very easy to use. Has been a great asset for our organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to add signatures, dates, etc. to any document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to organize my documents in folders. It may be that I just haven't figured it out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our onboarding process with new hires. The ability to quickly send documents to administrative staff for signatures and the ability to send reminders. Documents do not get lost.

HelloSign is easy to use. No training was required.

Best website for e-signatures
What do you like best about the product?
They make it so easy for anybody to use the site. I love the 'send reminder' feature and the daily update email that lets you know which documents are still out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered anything that I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work from home without having to go to an office to get documents signed or go out of my way to meet with people. We can get work done more efficiently and it cuts down on printing and using a lot of paper.
Administrator's Dream Software!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sync with Dropbox is so handy. I can easily send contracts and documents for signature, and it repopulates in my Dropbox folder as "document name (signed).pdf". No more downloading, transferring, cross checking etc. It just appears once signed. Such a timesaver. Since HelloSign keeps track of what's been signed vs still waiting for signature it makes my follow up with clients a much simpler process as I can easily see the status on each contract. I kept spreadsheets before to track document progress, and HelloSign has allowed me to eliminate these extra tedious steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
My ideal scenario woule be that I can send the HelloSign request to a 3rd party (agent for example) and they can forward it on to the person needing to sign. But this I'm sure would cause many issues regarding privacy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads are closed much faster as clients will immediately sign when given a digital option. Before HelloSign I would have to wait for clients to find a time to print, sign and scan documents back to me. Often they would forget and required chasing down. The follow up process is soo much simpler as HelloSign keeps track for me of what has been signed and what hasn't. It saves me about an hour each working day.

Having to pay for extra templates, I manually upload often.

Sending contracts easily. User friendly so assistant can do it too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very simple, quick to set up and get documents signed. Reasonably priced also.
