Effortless File Sharing with Seamless Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for over ten years and really love how it seamlessly sets up, syncing effortlessly across all my devices, which is incredibly convenient. One of the most valuable features is its ability to quickly sync all my files to the same place on the cloud, no matter where or what I'm working on. Dropbox is the easiest platform to use for cloud services, making it a go-to solution for me. It's also the simplest way I have found to share files with others, especially compared to other platforms like OneDrive, where setting permissions can be cumbersome. The fact that I initially was able to gain a lot of free storage by sharing Dropbox with others was a huge benefit and encouraged me to continue using and recommending it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would make it possible to forward files without the recipient needing to have a link and sign up for Dropbox to access them.

I use Dropbox to easily share files without hassle, unlike OneDrive, and it synchronizes all my files across devices, ensuring seamless access at home and work.
Reliable Storage with Potential Integration Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for over ten years, mainly to store my pictures and occasionally for work to transfer large files to my clients. One feature I really like is the capability to open the app on my iPhone and easily upload all my photos with just a click, which I find very convenient and automatic. This feature is incredibly helpful as it provides a backup solution for my pictures, which is a significant problem that Dropbox solves for me. Additionally, I find Dropbox user-friendly since I can effortlessly drop various files into it and share them with someone else, a feature I find particularly useful given my work with students and clients worldwide. It offers an easy and approachable method to share information across distances.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"I find the HIPAA compliant version of Dropbox to be too expensive, which was a primary reason for initially moving away from it.","I don't have a lot of knowledge about the integration between Dropbox and Google Suite. It would be helpful to have clearer information or better integration features.","In my experience, Dropbox seems to operate more like a standalone tool rather than integrating seamlessly with other software I frequently use, like Google Suite. This makes it feel isolated from my main software ecosystem."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to backup my pictures and transfer large files easily to clients worldwide, benefiting from its simple sharing features.

Effortless File Sharing, Reliable and Free
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Dropbox for its ease of use compared to other services like Google Drive and OneDrive. Setting up Dropbox was straightforward and hassle-free, making it the easiest among the file-sharing solutions I've tried. I love Dropbox's seamless file-sharing capabilities that allow me to move files effortlessly between my computers, and its functionality is particularly beneficial when I'm off-site, as I can conveniently access my files on my laptop. The automatic background syncing feature is something I value greatly because I can create a folder on my main computer, and it syncs with my other devices without any additional effort from me. I simply drop files into the folder and access them whenever needed. Another useful feature is the automatic photo upload from my camera to Dropbox, which makes organizing my photographs with Adobe Photoshop Organizer much easier. It's a lot more convenient than using a USB cord. Overall, Dropbox meets my needs effectively without any complications, and everything just works as it should. This reliability and simplicity are key reasons why I rate it highly and would likely recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't paid for Dropbox and have been using it for free by keeping my usage low. However, I've had to pay for Google Drive despite my dislike for it because it is linked with the Google infrastructure. I would likely prefer Dropbox if it were integrated into this infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to share files between my computers easily and access them on the go. It syncs folders automatically, simplifying file management without extra effort.
User-Friendly UI and Easy Sharing, But Limited Free Storage
What do you like best about the product?
UI is user friendly. File extension is really nice for drag and drop. Easy to create share links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimum storage for free version. No other comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use a private file server for storing files. I have limited space able to share via email, so I utilize the share link tool to share large files. I also use dropbox to upload photos and put them on my computer instead of emailing them to myself.
