I would love to see a mobile app to scan/photo forms and have them signed that way

My experience with HelloSign
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature with HelloSign is the fact that I can create a recurring contract that is posted on my website. I love that users are able to click a link and then sign a contract automatically without me having to be involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is not really anything I dislike with HelloSign. I do wish that when I create a contract, I didn't have to drag and drop the date and signature fields. I think those should be added automatically without me having to worry about spacing, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hellosign has solve the problem of having to send out individual contracts to everybody who makes a purchase on my website. The benefits of this are automation!
My go-to e-signature tool
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to set up and use, intuitive, and doesn't require a lot of extra learning or support. I also chose this tool since, compared to the others, it had better pricing. Really handy and does exactly what you'd expect such a tool to do, making the job easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't yet come across any dislikes or bad experiences or missing features so far. Perhaps the signing manually by hand (drawing) could be a little bit improved. Also, although it has a fair pricing plan for the features, it offers, and a competitive one at that compared to the other tools out there, I still find it may not be a sustainable budget option for small-to-moderate businesses that deal with a few numbers of contracts/documents to be signed in a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to collect digital signatures for contracts and other important documents between myself and my business partners/clients/etc. It helps me do exactly that.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop feature button for the signature, date, name, Title is easy to use and can be easily placed anywhere in a document. It will also ask for a CC email if you want to share the signed document with someone as soon as it is signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hellosign and dislike are the antonyms. I think there should be no one to dislike it.

Signing on the go and instant email notifications about the status of the signature

the ease of use, user interface is easy to catch onto, even if you have never used it before.

none that I can think of. So far, Let's hope there are just improvements!

No more printing, signing, and scanning to email back to all parties. Time-saving is the biggest benefit to us. Making our lives more efficient is key to a successful business!
Easy to utilize and follow the process

The simplicity of the application. Easy for the clients to respond.

I have yet to discover a function of the application I dislike.

Most of our clients are displaced from their normal enviroment. They can view, sign and return our proposal without the need to print, scan and return. It speeds up the process.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and priced well. My entire office uses HelloSign for esignature needs. It's easy to generate the signature request and easy enough for clients to sign it from their end. I even tried it out myself so I could write out instructions for those clients who need instructions. And I can state confidently most clients will NOT need instructions whatsoever. And those that do .... well they may need to receive a hard copy to sign
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be less necessary pages to set up a signature request--because each new page has to load and there's a delay to load new pages. ALSO previously (prior to the site update) the initial page is where you loaded the client's name and email address--now you load that information after clicking a few times. I preferred when we loaded the client information on the first page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management in the process of closing out a file. Prior to HelloSign (or esignature in general) I would have to babysit files to make sure I received the signed copies
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The customer service directly from the company is pretty non existent. You have to email problems/questions. And you will receive a response after a few days. But they never seem to actually respond to your exact question. Instead they respond broadly. I don't think they actually read your entire email and send a response trying to fully address it.

The process to sign back in after being automatically signed out is a little cumbersome. It makes you go back multiple pages, which is not efficent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. The benefits are how easy it makes getting signatures and how it speeds up the sales process.
