Perfect For Small Businesses and Contractor
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface, tracking and template creation mean less time dealing with paperwork and more time doing the fun parts of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - product does what it says it does, nothing more, nothing less.

Easy, intuitive timesaver
What do you like best about the product?
The templates and ability to predefine fields make my life so much easier when sending clients or contractors PDF forms to fill out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could just send out templates with fewer steps.

Saving time on process and organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) That it lacks the ability to "select one of the two" for checkmarks. Right now when I add checkmarks - people can ignore them since I can't make it a required step (because if I would, they'd have to select each of the two checkmarks. In my agreement, checkmarks indicate if clients agree or disagree with a particular statement. It needs to be explicitly spelled out:
Client agrees (checkmark)
Client disagrees (checkmark)
I want people to be mandated to select only one from the above.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I don't need to chase people to sign a contract. Electronic contracts are easy for clients to sign and they look much more professional than sending them as pdfs+asking to print, sign and send.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool, I recommend it to small business owners. Easy to use, convenient tracking.

I love that I can create one-off agreements, as well as utilize the "links" and "templates" feature!

I wish it were clearer and simpler to "grab" my links, and I wish I could more easily search by the names on the contract

The links feature makes my onboarding process a seamless one!

If you're looking for a straightforward solution to obtaining legal signatures, HelloSign is a fantastic solution at an affordable price.
Hellosign is a good way to sign documents but building templates is very not user friendly

Allow others to sign documents. Being able to share templates with team members.

Setting up templates is very clunky and not user friendly. When the person fills out the fields in the template, it's all different font sizes and looks unprofessional.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is user-friendly and straight to the point. I love that I can find all my documents in one place when needed and it has never given me any issues. The Google doc integration is something I have yet to use but feel it will come in handy. I also love the fax machine option. I do not have to fax often however on that rare occasion I need to, HelloFax always helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike about the program. I like things simple and this fits perfectly. Currently, our company is small but as we grow we may need more integration options but for now, it works for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send out agreements often to both our clients and staff. Hellosign has helped make the process simple and easy. The automatic notifications to let us know if a document is still pending or has been signed has been extremely helpful in keeping us on top of things.

The template feature is so convenient. The communications are clear and I love the auto-reminders that prod people along to take action. Very user-friendly. Very valuable tool.

I would love to have a less expensive option to integrate this with Zapier for small businesses that will use it less often - like a tiered pricing system for this feature.

This allows us to protect our business with proper contracts and do it conveniently online. We trust that the info is confidential and secure, and that it will help us build a reputation of excellence.

It's simple and easy to use. Love the interface and the fact that it's legally binding. It's a great tool for me to use to setup agreements with my private coaching clients.

The high cost? But it's worth it for sure.

Having a completely online way to sign contracts that's legally binding creates a lot of certainty for me in my business. It's one less thing for me to worry about.
Simple to use at a great rate
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is really simple to use - nearly dummy proof - for the minimum requirements for the product. We evaluated 4 different products based on ease of use, cost, and end user experience and chose HelloSign.
The 2 things that stood out for us were the audit trail and notifications (we could always see what was happening) and the templating system. We can typically adjust and send a custom doc in 3-5 minutes, exactly what we need.

What do you dislike about the product?
The editor. I love that i can drag and drop fields. I hate that they don't align (there's no grid or 'snap to' capability), I can't custom size the free text fields (so I have to make a full line break for a field with a lot of text like an address), I can't overlap them easily so I can't have a lot of short fields (like numbers) next to each other.
Despite this, its still the easiest to use out of all the products we evaluated.

We're a small biz that sends maybe 15-20 documents a month for signature.
The platform allows several people to use the same template, but automatically route it back to me for signature.

Simple and Refreshing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is extremely intuitive both for the sender and signer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update has changed the interface quite a bit. They should have been more thoughtful in transitioning to the new design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to sign has dramatically decreased, also the organization of files.
