Quick and easy digital signatures
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very user-friendly and simple to use. You just upload the document and drag and drop the signature fields, just like with a form builder. I really like that you can use it to send your own signed documents as well as requesting signatures from others. That came in really handy at tax time when multiple people were requesting W-9 forms. You sign it once from Hello Sign, and then you can share it digitally with multiple people. That made life easier for the end of January W-9 scramble.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have any downsides to me. I really like using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hello Sign has made it very easy to send last minute W-9 forms to clients without having to physically print, sign, then scan and email a document. It makes the work flow more efficient, which is always a good thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to send and receive signed documents regularly, it's a very helpful tool to have.

Overall good experience but the program still has some short comings

Ease of use, quickness and very comprehensive for our customers

That you have to login to download the signed documents, they could be attached to the email for convenience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to explain to customers where to sign, all documents are completed before being submitted back to us, which was an issue in the past
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is very easy to use. You can upload a document or create a template and the color codes guides help you know where each signer is required to sign. The added benefit of assigning signing order is a plus and adding others to the notifications helps keep everyone notified when all signatures have been received.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a power user of HelloSign so I don't have anything to dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign gives me author access to the document and allows me to modify who signs where and when. It also aids in keeping everyone notified when all signatures have been received.
Quick, easy, and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The website is very convenient for our company as well as our clients. Most importantly, it saves them the hassle of having to go to their local notary to get a document notarized
What do you dislike about the product?
So far in my 3+ years of using this product, I have yet to experience any downsides. The only thing HelloSign can improve on is making the clients sign more often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hellosign allows me to send out claims to clients electronically instead of the traditional mailing. This service makes the delivery instantaneous and eliminates the risk of potentially having the document lost in transit
Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I can have my patients sign a legally binding informed consent by just sending them a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the boxes are small and have to be resized. It's a tiny nuance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have my patients sign there informed consent prior to seeing me. I don't have to waste time at the beginning of appointments by printing out the documents. I just send them the link to complete the form and it is all done before I see them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy and simple to use and also a quick process. You are able to scan in and upload a document and then put in fields for signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy drag-and-drop features, and good pricing structure make it easy to get started. Feel confident this will scale with me as my company grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish a BAA was available for all pricing tiers, since I run a healthcare company and this is important to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing validated and time-stamped signatures from employees. Works great!
Awesome Electronic Signature/Document Service
What do you like best about the product?
It has dramatically changed the way we handle contracts. Prior to using Hello Sign, the contract process would take forever. The contract would be drafted, sent to the signees, returned, then had to be combined to make a PDF and then sent back to the signees. With HelloSign, this is all done for me. Plus, what also helps immensely is the daily email of what contracts are outstanding and still need to be signed. HelloSign has been a complete game changer for my company and me.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of today, I really can't find any downside. Everything works great -- I have no complaints whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. The amount of time that I am saving is immense. It allows me the time to get other projects done -- I no longer have to set aside a large chunk of time for contracts.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is perfect for getting legal signatures in my business contracts. I love that they send emails straight to my clients with reminders as well as updating me with the view and sign status.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about hauling HelloSign as my platform for legal signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a secure abs legal way to do e-signatures and HelloSign does just that. No more trying to make my own PDFs and hanging to print or mail! This is super easy and I have all my signed documents now saved on the platform in once place.

The automatic reminders that the system sends so I don't have to
What do you dislike about the product?
We use it to sign AP, and its kind of tricky to get it to work quite the way we want and I wish we had a contact book that we can manage contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our AP routing issues with it. It works great for that. And its nice to be able to put as many people on the route as I want

Hellosign is intuitive and easy to use. Upload, edit, and boom...you are good to go. Love the app!

I am not sure if I dislike anything. It's simple and efficient. Maybe more font choices if I am being picky!
