Not the easiest to work with, but more affordable than other companies
What do you like best about the product?
The UI for customers (signing documents) is pretty easy to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting help from tech support takes forever and sometimes doesn't even solve the problem/answer my question. Updating a template takes forever because I have to repopulate all of the fields and copy the id's for each. If I don't do this quick enough, it times out and I have to start all over. So frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to get our contracts signed electronically.

Always recommend over other platforms when friends are talking about contracts!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and convenience of the platform as well as how user friendly and straight forward the interface is for folks who are just signing and may not understand the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love HelloSign, I haven't really seen anything I dislike - the platform is super easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign eliminates any hesitations or issues with people not knowing how to sign contracts digitally when not sent on a platform like this (or trying to download, print, sign, scan, and send back...)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're having issues with folks not sending signed contracts because they don't know how to sign digitally (or don't have a printer/scanner in 2022...), HelloSign is the solution for you. It's easy to use on your side - and easy to understand from the signers side.
Hellosign is Good but needs to be tweaked.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I'm able to send a text link to the document. Then they fill it out and it goes directly to my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when my clients mis-type things. Then it backs up the process. Just sometimes with the form they fill out is a 16 digit credit card number and sometimes they somehow missed typed it and there's errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients are able to fill out a credit card authorization form and it sent directly through email so it may be charged in process. No business performance has not increased due to hello sign. But makes the process a lot easier for the client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be great if Hellosign had an app and they would be much easier to use. A lot of times I have issues with the actual website app. Sometimes things don't work. For example just right now I couldn't zoom in and zoom out. There needs to be something created so that it's more user-friendly with the iPhone.
Additionally, just as mentioned before the issue with clients mistyping. I know errors could occur. But would like to find out a way to make those errors decrease. Because it backs things up

Contracts made easy
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign makes it easy for us to use contract templates, circulate them through required signers, and get the paperwork done early in the project, so we can get to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike or is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign makes it easy to get contracts prepped and circulated quickly. Less time spent on paperwork means more time for projects.
Fantastic Signature Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HelloSign has a version that offers three free signatures per month. This helps the smaller businesses tremendously. The process for sending documents is very simple and easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves is receiving signatures digitally for my engagement letters.

The flexibility and ease of the system makes my job so much easier! From sending client files to new proposals, HelloSign make our work fast and easy!

There is nothing I dislike about HelloSign!

Highly Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of using HelloSign. Before HelloSign, it was challenging to get documents signed easily and quickly, but HelloSign resolves that. I love that I have templates of my documents saved to my account for a quick and easy send every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really are not any downsides to using HelloSign. Sometimes I wish I could store more templates, which I can do by purchasing a larger plan. But with such a small business, it makes the most sense for me to use the smaller plan with 5 templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sign-up process for my clients is now super smooth by sending them an easy form to click and fill out within minutes. It has streamlined the entire onboarding process.
Best contract management
What do you like best about the product?
How efficient the platform is, the constants updates and friendly to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have dislikes about this tool yet.

Not only digital signatures but also contract management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really a great tool to manage contracts and invoices. We use it for legal and internal purposes. Very easy to use, storage of the documents and easy follow up on pending signatures.
HelloSign Review
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use. The UI is not cluttered and it's easy to drag and drop documents for signatures. Setting up signatures within documents is also really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new interface has improved quite a bit but the delay time when selecting different folders or templates can also be pretty long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HelloSign for our contracting and NDAs. We really like the ability to quickly get out NDAs in particular to people outside of our network and execute them quickly.
Reliable Service
What do you like best about the product?
No thought process for clients and it's easy to use. It's a reliable service for simple contract signing and return. It make the process much faster and more rilable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints. Works as advertised. It eould be nice to be able to better automate the process of including other documentation for the clients as downloads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivery and return of contracts to clients more seamlessly. The notification that contracts have been viewed as well as signed are a great time saver. That alone is woth it.

I have not used a more streamlined solution.
